She came closer to look at the screen while I pulled up the options nearby, resting one hand against my arm.

“Not that.”

“I didn’t pick anything yet.”

“I saw what you were looking at.”

“You don’t want that?”

“No.”

“Why?”

“I just don’t.”

I scrolled past it.

“Okay. You pick.”

I handed her the phone.

She took it, but before she could move away, I caught her around the waist and kissed the side of her head.

“I love you.”

Luna looked up at me.

There wasn’t any hesitation this time either.

“I love you too.”

Then she looked back at my phone.

“Now let me order before everything closes.”

I laughed and let her go.

She ended up ordering from the same place I suggested five minutes ago.

I waited until she put my phone down.

“We could’ve saved some time.”

“I needed to look at the options.”

“You picked the first option.”

“After looking at the options.”

I smiled.

She pointed at me. “This is why I don’t tell you things.”
