Ace finished it.
Knox nodded and slid in beside him, clapping him on the shoulder. “Now let me ask you something. Did you want that beer?”
“Not really.”
“And yet you drank it anyway. Because I told you to. And I didn’t give you a choice. And that, my friend, is how you do it.”
Ace glared and grunted. Knox laughed.
“Go back to your room and text your girl. Daddy the crap out of her. Give her a command for tomorrow and expect her to follow it. You can do this. It’s not hard, and you are a Daddy.”
Lizzie
At home, Lizzie paced her studio apartment, wearing down the carpet as she obsessed over the events of the day. Her actions made no sense. From the moment she’d pulled into the barren lot where King’s Tavern had once been until Ace dropped her off at home, it was like she’d been under a spell. Or on drugs. Maybe both. She’d never been so forward with a man. She didn’t go on many dates because she was picky and had very specific wants and needs. It was usually easy for her to push away any chance at happiness, but the combination of her crush in a place that had the ability to make all her dreams and fantasies come true had been too strong a temptation to resist.
The split lip and bruised knuckles—and even the reason for them—had made him that much more ruggedly handsome and irresistible. And now she was going to Utopia tomorrow, and Ace was going to be her Daddy. What had she gotten herself into?
Just as she asked the question, her phone chirped in her pocket alerting her to a text message. She pulled it out and read the notification on the lock screen. It was from Ace. She’d forgotten that he’d insisted on exchanging numbers and even though he’d said he would text her with details, she had a moment of panic that he was only texting her to back out. Like maybe he’d been under a spell today just the same as her and the adrenaline still coursing through his body had made him behave in a way he normally wouldn’t. Maybe now that the adrenaline had faded, he was having second thoughts.
With her heart in her throat, she punched in her code and clicked the app to pull her messages up on the screen.
Do you remember where my room is? 231.
She hadn’t remembered that, wasn’t sure she had even looked. Was he asking because he was going to switch rooms so she couldn’t find him? Or did he actually want her to know?
Before she could reply, her phone chirped again and her question was answered.
Be there at 11 a.m. Don’t be late. Put your hair in two french braids and wear pink.
She pulled her phone away from her body, holding it at arm’s length and stared at it like she’d never seen it before.
It beeped again and she read the incoming message. The only appropriate response is Yes, Daddy. Might as well get into the habit now. The last message had a photo attached of Ace peering over the tops of the glasses she knew he only wore for reading, with his shirt sleeves rolled up, highlighting muscular, tattooed forearms and large, rugged hands. The things she wanted those hands to do to her…
Holy fuck. And just like that, her panties were soaked. This was real, and it was actually happening. She was spending the day at Utopia and Ace was her Daddy. She’d been stressed about tomorrow, not just wondering whether or not it would actually happen, but wondering what it would feel like, if it would live up to her fantasies, if Ace would come through. All the early signs pointed to yes. And now she was stressed for a whole different reason. She was horny as hell, and without relief there was not a chance in hell she’d get an ounce of sleep tonight.
With a squeak that didn’t even sound like it came from her, she all but ran to her closet. She was looking for two things—both of them were pink. One was a Care Bear tee that had been a gift from her actual niece, and the other was her trusty, battery-operated boyfriend. She found the t-shirt hanging in the back of the small closet and grabbed it off the hanger, folding it and placing it on the chair in the corner of the room. Next she stood on her tippy-toes to reach a photo box on the top shelf of the closet. When her hands made contact with it, she knocked the lid off and stuck her hand in, feeling around for her prize. Her fist had just closed around the familiar pink silicone when her phone beeped one more time. With her prize at hand, she held the vibrator triumphantly in the air in one hand and dug for her phone in the other. When she read the message from Ace, her mouth fell open and the vibrator dropped to the floor.
Do not touch yourself tonight, little one. Your pussy and its pleasure belong to Daddy now.
Chapter 5
Ace
You are the Daddy. Be the Daddy. Be Lizzie’s Daddy. He chanted the words into the mirror while he shaved his face and splashed on aftershave. He’d usually wear a t-shirt outside of work or court, but Knox swore he needed to be able to roll up his sleeves so a plain royal-blue dress shirt it was. He unbuttoned the first two buttons, just far enough to reveal his gold chain and a little bit of chest hair, rolled up his sleeves and added his vest because he didn’t feel confident without it.
With one last look in the mirror, he checked his watch and completed a second set of chants. At exactly eleven, a knock sounded on his door. He checked his reflection and drew a deep breath before pulling it open to reveal a Lizzie he’d never seen before. Gone were the ripped work jeans and company t-shirt. The worn combat boots he was used to seeing her in had been replaced by pale pink Converse sneakers and white bobby socks that led into legs for days. He followed them up to the hem of a short jean skirt topped with a pink top with a Care Bear front and center. Her hair that he’d only ever seen in a messy bun crammed beneath a baseball cap was pulled into long, neat french braids, one on each side of her head.
Seeing her like that—in an outfit that hinted at a Little side without being overtly Little—gave him a reaction he hadn’t been expecting. His Little girl was a looker. “You look good enough to eat,” he growled, grabbing her hand and pulling her inside, kicking the door closed with one foot.
Her reaction to his words and to being in his room, in his presence was visceral. Her body shook as a shiver ran down her spine. All it did was turn him on more.
“I could say the same for you,” she purred, reaching up to press a soft kiss to his glued-together lip.
“Don’t say shit like that, or we’ll never leave the room.”
“I think I could be okay with that.” Her answer was cheeky, and her smile mischievous as she pulled away from him and let her gaze wander around the room. He watched, waiting for her to notice the changes. The crib and changing table had been restored to their original condition. He wasn’t sure if she was into that, or if she’d ever want to go that Little, not every Little did, but he wanted to show her that he was open to whatever she wanted.
If she noticed the changes, she didn’t say anything, instead flounced down on the oversized bed. “Well, what are we going to do today… Daddy?”
