“Hello?”
Nothing.
Just as I was about to leave the stall, the lights flickered back on.
Opening the door, I watch as Sunny walks in.
“What the hell?”
She looked up at me.
“What?”
“Were you just in here?”
She looked confused as she shook her head.
“No, I just got off the phone.”
What the hell?
“Did the lights go out yet?”
She glanced at her phone. “No, we have about three minutes.”
I grew even more confused.
“Weird.” I say, and walk over to the sinks.
“I’ll be quick.” she said as she slipped into one of the stalls.
Finishing my hands, I glanced at myself in the mirror.
My cheeks were flushed from all of the rides, and the excitement showed through my eyes.
I haven’t felt this alive in months.
A few minutes later, Sunny comes out and washes her hands.
“Lets go.”
* * *
It was time.
The same routine.
The speaker.
The chimes.
The lights.
I felt so giddy for some reason.
We started walking down the grounds until Willow points at one of them.
THE UNDERTAKERS HOUSE.
