“You like that, love?” he growls, his voice low and husky. “You like the way I’m fucking you?”

I can only nod, my words lost to the overwhelming sensations coursing through me. He chuckles darkly and leans down to whisper in my ear.

“You know what I want, Bree?” he says, his voice barely audible over the sound of our bodies slapping together. “I want to spend the rest of my life with you clenched tight around my cock like this.”

I feel myself clenching around him involuntarily. He groans in response, his hips picking up speed as he drives into me harder and faster.

“Yeah, that’s it,” he murmurs, his fingers working their magic on my clit. “I want to fill you up with my cum, over and over again. I want to see your belly swell with our child.”

His dirty talk is pushing me closer and closer to the edge, and I can feel my orgasm building deep within me. I cry out his name, begging him to let me cum, and he responds by thrusting deeper, hitting that sweet spot inside me but it’s not enough as he slows his pace.

“Marry me?” he growls, his voice low and dangerous. “Say yes.”

I shake my head. The man is insane, he barely knows me. “Say you’ll be mine, Bree,” he groans, shoving deeper.

“I’m yours, please, I’m yours,” I gasp, my voice barely above a whisper.

“Say it louder,” he commands, his thrusts becoming even more forceful. “Who do you belong to?”

“I belong to you!” I scream, my voice echoing off the glass walls.

This seems to satisfy him, and he increases his pace, driving into me with all his might. My body builds toward another orgasm, on fire as I beg him to keep going, to never stop.

“Marry me,” he breathes, his voice husky with need.

I hesitate for a moment, unsure if this is really what I want. Then he thrusts into me again, hitting that perfect spot, and all my doubts disappear.

“Yes, yes!” I cry, my voice filled with desperation. “I’ll marry you!”

“Louder,” he laughs, one hand on my hip loosening as he grabs a fistful full of my hair. He tugs my head back with his other hand moving to push flat against my stomach as he hauls me back against him till I’m only on my knees, his lips, and teeth nipping at my ear. “Louder,” he whispers, pistoning his hips inside me and my head rolls back on his shoulder. One hand moves between my legs that are awkwardly straddling him in some reverse cowgirl style, his fingers finding my clit.

“Yes, yes!” I scream, my body convulsing as wave after wave of pleasure washes over me. He keeps thrusting, prolonging my orgasm until I’m seeing stars.

Finally, with a roar, he empties himself inside me, his fingers still working my clit as he draws out every quiver from me, my legs shaking and my body spent.

“Marry me, Bree,” he says, his voice hoarse from his orgasm. “Marry me and let me spend the rest of my life with you.”

I can only nod, my body still trembling from the aftershocks of my orgasms.

Soren holds me close, pulling out of me and I collapse against him as he moves to lay on the soft mossy floor.

I nestle against his chest, listening to his heartbeat. For the first time in what feels like forever, I allow myself to hope for a future with this man.

I trace lazy patterns on Soren’s chest, relishing the warmth of his skin against mine. I lift my head to meet his gaze, finding a mix of tenderness and uncertainty in his striking blue eyes.

“So,” I begin, my voice barely above a whisper, “where do we go from here?”

Soren’s hand comes up to cup my cheek, his thumb gently stroking my skin. “I won’t pretend it won’t be complicated.”

I nod, swallowing hard. “The king and a werewolf. I can only imagine the gossip.”

“Let them talk,” Soren says fiercely, pulling me closer.

My heart swells at his words, but anxiety gnaws at me. “There’s so much you don’t know about me, Soren. My past—”

“Tell me,” he urges softly. “Who was your ex-mate? What happened?”

I freeze, panic rising in my throat. If I tell him, he’ll know everything. My true identity, and that nagging part of me tells me he’ll toss me out and believe Rhett. I can’t. Not yet.
