Twenty-Two
Soft, warm skin. Moans of pleasure. Curves he could get lost in. Jack was in heaven. Am I dreaming? Kayla tightened her legs around the back of his thighs, pulling him in deeper. Definitely not dreaming. Kayla was as expressive in bed as everywhere else, and he loved it.
“Faster,” she demanded.
He was eager to please, and her enthusiasm accelerated his arousal to a fever pitch. A few more deep strokes, and it would be over, but he’d promised her a second orgasm, and he planned on delivering it. Jack eased back, just enough to fit his hand between them.
“Oh,” she said, as he teased her tight bundle of nerves.
Jack gazed down at her rapturous expression. She was so beautiful like this, and he couldn’t stop staring at her. He was afraid if he did, she’d fade away.
“Jack?”
“Hmm?”
“I’m close.”
She clenched around him, and he groaned. He wanted this to last—to savor the moment in case it never happened again. He circled her tight nub before thrusting in deep. Her hips arched off the bed, and she turned her head to the side.
“Look at me,” Jack whispered.
“Why?”
“I want to see you.”
She met his gaze, and he smiled. “You’re so beautiful, Kay.”
“You don’t have to keep saying that.”
“I mean it.”
Kayla raised her hips again, silently asking for more. Jack couldn’t deny her. He wanted to give her everything. He plunged inside her, surrounded by her wet heat.
“Jack.”
“Yeah?”
“Kiss me.”
It might have been a ruse to prevent him from watching her come undone, but he loved kissing her as much as everything else. He claimed her lips, and she opened her mouth, inviting his tongue.
Her eagerness pushed him to the edge, but he still wanted her to go first. He shifted slightly, creating more friction between them.
“Jack!” Kayla shouted his name as a second orgasm ripped through her.
He was right behind her, the duration and intensity of his climax taking him by storm. Afterward, he flopped onto his back, panting.
Kayla shifted onto her side and gazed at him. “Are you okay?”
He chuckled. “Yeah. Just trying to catch my breath.” As a runner, he hadn’t expected to be so winded.
Suddenly, Kayla moved away.
“Where are you going?” he asked.
“To my bedroom.”
Jack came up onto his elbows and scowled at her. “Why?”
