He gently lifted her off him, and they quickly removed their bottoms, realizing time was of the essence and wanting to finish what they’d started. Once they were naked, he reached for her again, and this time, he rolled her underneath him.
He nudged his manhood against her center, and she gazed up at him with desire, affection, and trust. It was a magical combination that exploded his senses, and soon he was buried deep inside her, the girl he’d once known and the woman she’d become. There’d been no discussion of birth control because, again, this was his fantasy and he didn’t want to stop to discuss it. Besides, the idea of being inside her bare was too good to pass up.
Soon they were panting, moaning, and writhing as they brought each other to the brink. If his sister hadn’t been next door, they might have shouted out their pleasure. Instead, they came semi-quietly, heads buried in each other’s necks, limbs entwined, and the whisper of each other’s names on their lips.
“You look like hell,” Maria said to him the next morning.
“Gee, thanks.”
He ventured a glance at Morgan and thought she looked tired too. Unless he was just projecting last night’s fantasy on her.
He’d fallen asleep late, and when he’d finally roused himself out of bed, gotten dressed, and come downstairs, the women were already in the kitchen.
“Here. Have some coffee,” Maria said, filling up a large tumbler and handing it to him.
He gladly accepted it, and then she returned her attention to loading a backpack with snacks and drinks.
Since she seemed to have everything under control, he plunked down at the table across from Morgan. “How’d you sleep?”
“Not the greatest.”
“How come?” Were you fantasizing about me too?
“I’m not sure,” she said and looked down at her coffee cup.
“Was Maria talking in her sleep again?”
“Very funny,” his sister said.
“Actually, you were,” Morgan inserted.
“Really?”
“Um-hmm. You kept saying the name Matt.”
“Matt? Isn’t that the name of the guy you tried to set Morgan up with?” Gabe asked.
Maria stopped what she was doing and turned to look at him. “You remembered his name?”
Gabe shrugged. “I have a good memory.” The real reason he’d remembered was that he hadn’t wanted Morgan to go out with the guy.
Maria resumed filling the backpack, but she wasn’t fooling either of them.
“You have a thing for the guy you were trying to set up with your best friend?”
She bristled. “Fine. I’ll admit it. So what?”
“Why would you want me to go out with someone you’re interested in?” Morgan asked.
Maria sighed. “Because Matt and I work together. There’s no way we could ever date, and since I can’t have him, I thought at least you could.”
Gabe shook his head and stifled a laugh.
“That’s backward,” said Morgan. “What if we would have gone out and hit it off? Would you have been happy?”
“Well…no.”
“Why can’t you date someone you work with? It happens all the time,” Gabe said, keeping his gaze on Maria and off Morgan.
