Away from the class.
Away from everyone.
I rush out of the building and sprint toward the main area so I can get my belongings from my dorm.
It’s time to leave Astar Elite and the Merciless Twins behind. For good.
CHAPTER 46
ASHER
DAY 7 OF THE BET
I clench my fists at my sides and creep toward Elijah’s turned back in the art room. He never went into detail about what he texted Eden. He never said he was doing anything more than just texting.
Come to find out, he’s been visiting her and carving into her ass, then making her suck his cock while taking pictures.
He hid this from me, knowing that it would upset me. He took advantage of our sister in ways that could be detrimental to our newfound relationship with her. If she finds out about this, it will be over for not only him, but me too. She’ll run from us and never look back.
“I already know what you’re going to say,” Elijah says without having to turn around. “I know you’re mad at me.”
I stop and glare at the back of his head.
Elijah drops his paintbrush into the murky water and turns in his seat to look at me. Guilt sags his shoulders, but anger burns in his dark eyes behind his glasses.
“I won’t apologize for what I did,” he says. “I meant everything I did with her, and I’m not taking it back.”
“You touched her before I did,” I growl. “Not only that, but I thought you cared about her. I guess that was a lie too.”
He snorts a sarcastic laugh and shakes his head. “That’s not at all what I’m saying, and you know that.” He levels a glare at me. “This is what you’re upset about? Not that I forced our sister into sucking my cock and fucking her tits?”
“You always tell me everything.”
He nods. “I do.”
“But you didn’t tell me about that.”
I stand by what I said. He made it sound like he cares about her too. He even admitted it last night when he cornered me into sharing her with him.
“You’re right. I didn’t.”
“How are we going to tell her about this?”
He shrugs. “We aren’t.”
I narrow my eyes, and the sucker clacks against my teeth. “When she finds out—”
“She won’t.” He stands from his chair and straightens the cuffs of his uniform jacket. “It’ll go to the grave with us.”
“What lies in the dark always comes into the light.”
I close the minimal space between us. Elijah doesn’t cower or show any fear. I fist his jacket and shove him backward. His chair knocks over from the force and fills the room with the loud clatter.
He slowly blinks and slips his hands into his pockets. “This will remain in the dark, and she’ll never know. I’ll be sure of it.”
My lip curls in a snarl. “That’s outside of your control.”
His eyebrow twitches. “Do you plan to tell her?”
