Holy shit….. what was that?

It’s late, nearly 5am and we lie tangled together. Naked and underneath the blankets, I’ve lost count as to how many times we’ve had sex tonight.

The only thing I do know is that it got better with each time. The room is lit only by a lamp and his lips are on my temple, I’m safely wrapped in his arms. “Buona notte.” (translation, goodnight.)

“Goodnight.” I smile sleepily. He kisses me one last time, our lips lingering over each other’s and I know this is just sex….. but somehow it feels like more.

So much more.

Tomorrow I get to meet his family, I smile as I drift into a blissful slumber.

The perfect night.

I wake to the sound of the electric blinds slowly going up and the shower turning on. I drag my eyes open; it feels like I’ve been asleep for all of two minutes.

“Beautiful Halle.” He crawls up the bed toward me, “Up.”

“What?” I frown.

“Up. Come shower with me.”

Oh no…. My vagina is well and truly broken.

“A shower?” I wince.

“Yes.” He pulls me up by the hand and leads me into the shower, the water is hot and the room is filled with steam. He begins to soap up my back as he washes me. I smile and his fingers feel good as they massage my skin. He kisses me over my shoulder and before I know it, he turns me towards him, lifts my legs around his waist and pins me to the wall as he impales me in one deep pump.

We stare at each other as I feel him deep inside, water is beading over his beautiful body and I’ve never seen anything more beautiful, “Good morning, my sweet Halle.” He murmurs.

“It is.” I smile, and once again, I am lost.

An hour later he pulls the corvette over outside of my house and smiles over to me.

“I’ll see you later?” I ask.

“You will.”

I lean over and kiss him and then gingerly climb out of the car, I lean back into the open window “I’m so sore.” I tell him. “You’re a bad man.”

He catches his bottom lip between his teeth with a half-smile as he winks at me….. he did it last night a few times too and it’s my new favourite thing.

“Goodbye.”

The corvette roars up the road and I smile as it disappears around the corner.

Holy. Fucking. Shit.

12pm, and if nerves were an Olympic sport I would now have a gold medal.

I was nervous about meeting his family before, but now that I am totally and irrevocably under the spell of the enigmatic Dante Brunetti, this lunch date has a whole new meaning.
