“Is it a throuple?” Olivia frowns. “Is that what they call it?”
“He’s not in a throuple with those girls,” Francesca huffs. “That man is the biggest womanizer of all time. They just share because that’s the only way they can have him.”
I smile as I watch him, I hate to admit it but after yesterday I kind of have a soft spot for bad boy Romeo. “Good for him, I guess.”
“To be honest, it wouldn’t be bad to have someone to share the workload in the bedroom with sometimes.” Francesca laughs. “She could give all the head.”
“Right?” Olivia laughs too.
I smile, after last night, I absolutely have to agree.
Valentino used my body for hours last night…and it was as hot as hell…. But by the way my vagina feels today I don’t know if she’s fit enough for the full-time position.
Valentino appears through the crowd. “Ladies.” He holds his hand out for me. “Can I steal my girl?”
His girl.
“You may.” I smile and stand, he leads me out onto the dance floor and takes me into his arms, we begin to move to the music. “I needed to dance with the most beautiful woman I’ve ever seen.”
I smile up at my god. “Are you having a good time?”
He spins me and pulls me close to kiss my temple. “I am now.”
8 a.m.
My head pounds as I sip my coffee.
Valentino is rushing around upstairs getting ready for work.
Thank God we left early last night. We got home just after midnight, I only had a few drinks, but damn I feel ordinary this morning.
Val comes down the stairs two at a time, power suit and in all his alpha male glory.
“I’m late, babe.” He kisses me quickly. “I have a meeting in the office.” He checks the time on his phone. “Fuck, I’m really late.”
Ding….
He glances at a message. “Dad, we did leave your ring box there.”
“Excellent.” I sigh. “I can cancel the search party.”
“We can collect it on the weekend or something.”
“Okay. Remember I have to go away next week for work.”
“What?” He frowns. “Where to?”
“Athens. You know this, I told you already.”
“Greece?”
“Uh-huh.”
“Fuck.” He winces. “I have so much on. I don’t know if I can work remotely next week.”
“I’ll be fine to go without you.”
“Yeah.” He shrugs. “We’ll figure something out.” With one more peck on the cheek he rushes out the door. “Have a good day,” he calls.
