My body is stinging in all of the right places; a deep throb rolls strongly through my psyche, reminding me where he’s been.

Jeez…

“That was….”

I smile up at the ceiling, lost for words; good…really, really fucking good.

Ding… sounds his phone.

He rolls onto his side and takes me into his arms and kisses me softly, “You are…incredible.”

Oh….

Ding….

His phone sounds again.

“Go away,” he murmurs against my lips.

Ding….

“Who’s messaging you so urgently?” I frown.

“That would be the groom.”

“Why?” I kiss him softly as I hold his face to mine.

“Because his best man has gone missing.” He rolls me onto my back and comes over me again.

“You’re the best man?” I gasp. “No way.” My eyes widen in horror. “Tell me you are not in the middle of the wedding.”

“Okay.” He smirks. “I won’t tell you.”

“What?” I gasp as I pull out from under him. “Oh my God. Valentino, you are so bad.” I stand.

“No.” He rises and takes me into his arms again. “You’re taking responsibility for this one.” His teeth graze my neck. “You knew exactly what you were doing, getting into the elevator all oiled up and fuckable like that.”

“Go back to the wedding.” I put my hands over my mouth, completely horrified. “Immediately.”

“But I don’t want to.” He tucks a piece of hair behind my ear as he smiles down at me.

My stomach somersaults, asshole Valentino I’m used to. Sweet Val is a lot harder to resist. “You need to go.” I turn him toward the bathroom and give him a soft shove. “Shower, you smell like sex, you animal.”

“Come wash me.” He pulls me into the bathroom and leans in to turn the shower on; I glance into the mirror and catch sight of us nude and together.

What the hell is happening right now?

Fifteen minutes ago, I was by the pool typing a report.

“Oh crap, my cheese,” I blurt out.

“What?” He gets in under the water.

“I ordered cheese by the pool, and I didn’t go back for it.”

“Was my dick not better than cheese?” he scoffs, affronted.

“Hmm.” I twist my lips. “Cheese is up there.”
