I’m trying so hard but it’s like the harder I try the more nervous I get and the worse I perform

I think you really have to stop focusing on doing things right/wrong and on the learning experience. It’s about EFFORT. If you are consistently showing up and trying your best, learning from your mistakes, and getting better, then that’s exactly what you should be doing

It’s just that one teammate that’s always like rolling his eyes at me
