“Oh, Greek?” Elisa asked.

“Yeah.”

“You have a nice accento.”

“I lived in the UK for eight years.”

“Ohh, nice.” She smiled.

“Shouldn’t we go over there?” Ody said, his eyes never leaving them.

“And do what?” Steve replied.

“The musclehead just stole my girl. What, we’re just gonna sit here?” Elias complained, already moving.

Ody followed right behind him. Steve sighed, took a sip of his drink, and went after him.

“Ladies!” Elias called out.

Everyone looked at him. Except Ody. His focus stayed on Mano, their eyes locking as he refused to look away. “Odysseas,” he said, introducing himself in Greek as he extended his hand to Elisa.

“Scusi?”

“Odysseus,” he repeated in English.

“Ulisse?” She smiled, shaking his hand. “Ah, bellissimo.”

Ody didn’t react.

“Siete amici? Friends?” she asked.

Ody turned toward Mano. “We’re something more than that, actually,” he said in Greek.

“Sorry?” she blinked.

“We’re friends,” Mano cut in, his tone sharp. His gaze snapped to Ody. “What are you doing?” he muttered in Greek, teeth clenched.

“Me or you? Flirting with her right in front of me.”

“You think I wanted this? They dragged me over here.”

“Oh yeah?” Ody scoffed. ”What, they dragged you over at gunpoint?”

“What was I supposed to say?” Mano shot back. “‘Sorry, I can’t, my boyfriend will get jealous’?”

Ody arched a brow. “So now I’m your boyfriend?”

“I’m sorry, is everything okay?” Elisa asked, glancing between them.

“Stop making it obvious,” Mano hissed. “Leave.”

“Am I ruining your date, Mano?” Ody stepped closer. “Want me to leave you two alone?”

Mano shoved him back. “Shut up. They’ll hear us.”

“Are you fighting?” Elisa asked.

Ody fixed her with a cold stare.
