Ody didn’t answer. His jaw tightened.

Mano watched him, then tilted his head. “Relax. I’ll invite all four of them to an orgy tonight.”

“Mano!”

Mano laughed and dove into the water. Ody followed right after.

They resurfaced a moment later, water streaming down their faces. Mano pushed his wet hair back and looked at him. “Jokes aside… don’t make it obvious.”

“Obvious?”

“If you start acting like that in front of them, they’ll figure it out.”

Ody scoffed. “That you and I…?” He gestured between them. “Not a chance.”

“I’m serious.”

Ody held his gaze, then his expression dimmed. “So am I. They’ve known me since first year. I’ve always been with Anna. You really think they’d suspect something like this?”

“If you give yourself away, they will.”

Ody exhaled, brushing it off. “Alright. I’ll be careful.”

They made their way back to the loungers, settling under the shade. A little later, the others came back from the water, dropping onto the seats around them.

“Obviously we’re hitting a beach bar tonight,” Chris said.

“Already?” Pierce groaned.

“Come on, don’t be boring. We’re in Mykonos.” Steve threw an arm around him. “Let’s go a little wild.”

“You talk like you went wild in Serifos,” Ody shot back.

“Wasn’t me going wild.” Steve’s gaze flicked to Mano. “This guy got absolutely wasted. Ody had to carry him back.”

Mano shot him a look.

“You remember that, Ody?”

Ody did. But not the way they meant.

Suddenly he was back in Serifos. Mano’s hand around his throat. His voice in his ear. The way he’d pinned him down.

“I said strip. Do as I say. Now.”

“You said I moan like a bitch. Let’s see who sounds like a bitch now.”

He swallowed.

Across from him, Mano met his gaze like he knew exactly where his mind had gone.

“How bad was it?” Steve went on. “You actually got him to bed?”

Ody dragged a hand through his hair. “He passed out.”

“Lame,” Steve said, already losing interest. “I was expecting a better story.”

The conversation moved on. But Ody’s eyes didn’t. They stayed on Mano.
