I turned my face into his hand, loving the feel of it. “We have time to catch up.” Tears pooled at the corners of my eyes.

“I—”

“No need.” His thumb swept gently beneath my eye. “Cliona caught me up while you were with the healers.” He took a long, deep breath, and I watched several emotions roll over his face. “I find myself torn between anger at what you risked and an overwhelming gratitude for the sacrifice you made. You are my great gift, Keena.”

He glanced toward the bedroom door where Jordan’s voice rumbled low in conversation with Manus. “If I miss you for centuries after you’ve left the world, I will have all that time to look back on the preciousness of these years I will have. But I don’t think it comes to that. I wouldn’t be surprised, my priestess, if you outlive both of us.”

I smiled and pressed farther into his palm.

“How does this work?” I made a slow circle with a soap-covered hand, gesturing vaguely at the air between us.

“With the sergeant?” The corner of his mouth curved. “I imagine he will attempt to order us about like his men.”

“Only if you want to be ordered about like my good little soldiers.” Jordan stepped into the doorway. The huge bathroom felt considerably smaller with both men in it. I heard the bedroom door close as Manus left. Jordan leaned against the frame in shorts and a fitted tank top, arms crossed, that infuriating smirk already in place.

I shivered. I could not, under any circumstances, imagine Lord Tynan being submissive to anyone.

“She likes that idea, Jordan,” Tynan said, reading me without needing to be in my head at the moment.

“I think she does.”

The look they exchanged was slow and deliberate and scorching, and the sound that escaped me was small and entirely embarrassing. It hadn’t fully occurred to me until that moment that having two consorts might mean us all together. The two of them. Together-together.

Jordan’s smirk deepened. He was getting more direct access to my thoughts than Tynan currently did, and he clearly enjoyed every second of it. “You want us together-together?” he said aloud, echoing the exact words from my head.

Tynan’s gaze traveled unhurried, appreciative, the full length of Jordan’s body. The kind of look that curled my toes under the bathwater.

“Judging by her pulse, I would say yes. She very much does.”

Jordan adjusted the front of his shorts with zero self-consciousness. “I’m not opposed to occasional sharing, Lord Tynan. I know Vampire appetites.”

“I do not,” I said, and it came out as a squeak. I’d heard enough from Abbey about the marathon events in certain Vampire nests to have some idea. I tried to stop the image forming in my mind, the two of them together, touching, more than that, and felt the flush climbing up my chest before I could manage it.

“I am not opposed to sharing,” He eyes were still on Jordan. “Or participating in any capacity.”

“One step at a time, Vamp.” Jordan pushed off the doorframe, no trace of discomfort in his voice. He looked down at me with that devastatingly smug expression. “But right now, you two have earned a reunion. I think you need to remind our priestess who you are to her.”

He was right.

“Ah.” Tynan’s fingers trailed down my throat and danced lightly over the tops of my breasts. Jordan raised an eyebrow. “I wouldn’t want to waste the pent-up sexual energy in this room. That includes you.” He looked at Jordan fully. “I think we should celebrate tonight. Not only my renewed connection with Keena, but also what she accomplished today. She didn’t defeat her sister. She destroyed the prophecy itself. Tonight should be entirely about her.”

I had a feeling I was going to have a great deal of fun based on the look that passed between those two.

Jordan’s smile was slow and satisfied. “Don’t believe I have ever agreed with you more.”

Tynan held out his hand to help me from the tub, and I took it so quickly he laughed. An actual laugh, warm and rare. He helped me to my feet but lifted me into his arms before I’d even steadied myself, turning toward the bedroom. “Grab a towel, Jor.”

I glanced between them. Nicknames? I didn’t even have nicknames for them.

“We have known each other for years, my love,” Tynan said, answering the question I hadn’t asked. “Fought beside one another.”

Had they shared…

“We have not been together,” Jordan said, before I could ask, “But we did fight well together.” The implication was clear. They worked well as a pair. He caught up to us, towel in hand, expression unreadable.

Tynan stood me beside the bed and gathered my hair over one shoulder. Jordan brushed the towel slowly over my skin, unhurried, and then skimming it light and deliberate across my breasts.

“Look how perfect,” he murmured to Tynan, and it was so casual, so matter-of-fact, that it hit me twice as hard.
