Zio’s phone chimed again, the screen lighting up before going dim. He gave a nod, took one last sip of his coffee, then stood.
“I should be going.” He hugged my mother, shook hands with my father, then turned to me. “You should talk to Penny. This kind of news…” His smile grew. “It’s life changing. She may need a friend to help her process everything.”
“Thank you, Zio.” I hugged him to me, wishing I had more words to share, to tell him of my gratitude and my awe. But everything I wanted to say was awash in the emotions that were covering me, and I could only hope he could understand.

JAEL
“How do I look?”
Rolly glanced up from his boots, laces in hand, to find me in the doorway between our bedroom and bathroom. The pensive look on his face was washed away as he took me in, and a crooked smile tipped his lips.
“You clean up well, David.” He stood, walking toward me.
“You like it?”
“No.” He reached for me, gripping my face between his palms, dragging me up until I was on my toes. “I love it.”
He pressed a kiss to my lips, but his mouth opened, his lips caressing mine. Stealing any breath straight from my lungs before he ran his tongue over my bottom lip, teasing me and making me want more.
“You’re beautiful, carina. So beautiful, I could eat you. Let’s just stay home tonight.”
A breath huffed out of me, and I pushed him away, only for him to grab my wrists, tugging me backward and throwing me off balance. He pulled me with him as he fell onto the bed, dragging me on top of him as his hands gripped my thighs.
“I will never tire of seeing you in these dresses,” he whispered as his lips brushed my ear, as his hands smoothed down, then up, gripping my bare legs.
“Really?” I asked, breathless. The heat of his body washed over me, and I forgot where we were, what we were doing. The only thing I cared about was where his hands were going. Still, I tried. “A little hard to go hiking in a dress.”
“Fuck hiking,” he told me. His fingers trailed along my underwear, and my cheeks warmed as he groaned. “I’ve found a new favorite pastime.”
Rolly’s grip tightened. He lifted me up, his body coming with as he flipped me, and I landed with a thud against the mattress before he was pressing against me, every hard piece of him.
Every last inch.
“I want you,” I whispered against his skin.
“I always want you.” He pressed a kiss to my lips, then to my throat. “Want to taste you and touch you.”
His fingers snagged my underwear, dragging the silky fabric down my legs, pressing kisses against my skin as he went. Then he made his way back up, sliding his hands under my butt and lifting me. Licking his lips like I was his meal.
His tongue whipped out, lashing at me and making me squirm. I gripped at the longer strands of his hair, and I nearly cried out as he flattened his tongue against me and gave a long lick. Then I was lost as he licked and sucked, as he nipped at me and soothed the burn with his tongue. The earth moved beneath me, the air all around me washed against my sensitive skin, making every movement and every breath feel like it was igniting every inch of me with a beautiful fire until my body was consumed.
I was lost in him, just as he claimed to be lost in me. He left me floating through the air, high on life and the magic we created together.
Then he got lost in me, his dick pressing into me with a single hard thrust. He was whispering words against me, telling me things I couldn’t understand, the language coming from his tongue one of love and lust and a passion I never thought could exist.
But I didn’t need to understand his mumblings to know what he meant.
This was us. Together.
Forever and ever one.
Rolly reached for my hands, his body moving over me as his fingers slid between my own. For a moment, he slowed, his eyes locked on the ring that peeked through the gap between our hands. And the smile that tugged at his lips made my heart swell.
“I love you, Jael David.”
I swallowed the lump in my throat, then gave him a smile that felt so fragile it might break and take me with it. “I love you, Rolly.”
