“It is. Because it’s us.” Joe laid me on my back on the couch, his body hovering over me. His lips teased mine in slow kisses that had my toes curling and my pulse spiking.
The air around us was charged with awareness.
I was panting, and all we’d been doing was kissing. “Can you show me just how much you love me? I need to feel you all over me. Tomorrow I’ll be at the academy, and Friday will take forever to roll in.”
“If it were up to me, you’d live here full time. Not in a stupid dorm.”
I peppered kisses all over his face. “That’s the only reason I was allowed to move here in the first place. It’s a matter of a few more months. If I’m accepted to NYFI, we’ll be together all the time. You might get tired of me.”
“Never.” I felt him growing harder, his erection pressing on my lower belly, and I ground against him, searching for the delicious friction only he could provide my body with.
“Fuck me. Here and now. On this couch.” I batted my eyelashes. “Please.”
A loud growl left his mouth, and it vibrated through me. “I thought you’d never ask.”
“Who’s the liar now? You know each time you put your filthy paws over me, all my defenses melt away.”
His mouth claimed mine, stealing every molecule of oxygen meant for my lungs and shutting me up as his tongue danced with mine, igniting each nerve cell in my body. “I’m so in love with you, Grace Sullivan.”
Seconds later, our clothes were thrown all over the room, and I breathed fast, combusting just at the way my boyfriend eye-fucked me.
When he kneeled before me and his tongue laved the seam between my thighs, I swore I saw stars. My fingertips dug into his skull. One of his digits found the way to my heated center. “I knew pianists were skillful with their fingers,” I said, recalling what I had told him that night in the bar. A loud whimper parted my lips. “More.” My voice sounded like a plea.
He accelerated the pace, and soon I was floating, the ecstasy shooting through me about to rip me apart in the best kind of way.
“Ready to be fucked like a woman now?” The desire shining in his eyes rendered me speechless. “So? I won’t do it until you say the word.”
“Fuck me until I can’t remember my own name. Until I can’t walk straight and I’m yours forever.” I winked, knowing the effect the words would have on him. Joe Crawford was the sweetest and most caring boyfriend in the world, but when he got you naked, he tipped your world upside down without blinking.
He possessed you with each thrust of his hips.
He infiltrated himself into each crevice of your heart with every kiss.
“Show me what you’ve got,” I teased.
And that was exactly what he did. For hours to come.
We ended up skipping dinner and going straight to dessert. Until we were so spent that neither of us could answer the door when the food delivery guy rang the buzzer sometime later.
“Grace, I think we should buy handcuffs.”
“Hmm, that sounds sexy.”
He kissed me. “Not what you think. Their only purpose would be to keep you here with me. If you’re handcuffed to our bed, you will have nowhere to go, and I’ll be able to get a taste whenever I’m hungry. What do you think?”
“If you can wait until I graduate, then I’ll be a willing participant. As long as two can play this game.”
“I’ll be able to add boy toy to my résumé?”
I chuckled. “You need more hours of practice for that title to be recognized. I’ll decide when it’s a done deal.”
“Challenge accepted. We’ll see who calls it quits first.”
“Bring it on, boy toy.”
He tickled my ribcage “You’re gonna beg me to stop, Grace.”
“Never. My determination knows no limits.”
