Was he interested in just my body like all the other men of my past, or was it deeper than that?
I almost didn’t want to know; the disappointment if it were the former would be too much.
“I’m feeling a little down tonight,” Dylan said. “Would you mind just holding me for a few minutes?”
“Su-sure.”
Without delay, Dylan scooted over, draping his arm around my torso. He placed his head against my bare chest, and wrapped his leg around mine. In seconds, my body had been overtaken by an octopus-like twink.
“Do you want to talk about it?” I asked, while desperately trying to keep my dick soft. Dylan’s knee had grazed it when he positioned himself, and I was losing the battle to the increased blood flow.
“I don’t know. I guess I’ve just been a little lonely lately.”
“Ouch,” I said. “Spending more time with me and you’re lonely.”
“I didn’t mean it like that.” I liked his warm breath against my skin more than I should. “I just saw a lot of posts today with my friends—couples—and they’re happy. I…I want that with someone.”
I moved my left hand from behind my head down to his shoulder and squeezed, hoping to reassure him. “Not to sound like a fortune cookie, but—”
“You’re not gonna say it’ll happen when I stop looking, or when I least expect it. Please, Ford, I don’t need platitudes right now.”
I rubbed my fingers along his shoulder, hoping to comfort him. I had never seen him this vulnerable. I wanted nothing more than to make him feel better, to take his heartache away, to fix it, but I knew from experience, it wasn’t something to fix. He just needed to talk to someone.
“I was only going to say what my oma used to tell me that it’s not about finding the right person, it’s about being the right person.”
Dylan took a deep breath and let it out. “I like that.”
After a few minutes of silence, Dylan let out a low snore that became rhythmic. He had fallen asleep on my chest.
With one hand free, I decided to google ‘chastity cage rules’. Knowing I was diving headfirst into something I knew nothing about didn’t stop me. I wanted to know everything. A door had opened to a whole new world, and Dylan was holding the key. Literally.
It was a small mercy perhaps when my phone battery finally gave out, since I couldn’t reach the cord without disturbing Dylan. My dick was hard again after the pornographic information I was teasing myself with but one look down at the man in my arms and the fantasies suddenly seemed so inadequate.
I woke up the next morning in full big spoon mode with Dylan’s bubble butt plastered against my groin. My cock was embarrassingly hard, but moving would surely wake him up. Extricating myself from the situation meant untangling our limbs and Dylan’s grip on my arm felt solid.
My blood pressure spiked when he let out a little whimper and squirmed his ass backwards, pushing his body snug against mine. That little wiggle had me seconds away from rutting against him.
Knock knock knock.
“Hello?!”
Shit!
I bolted out of bed, tossing the covers back onto Dylan.
“Wh-what is it?” Dylan tilted his head up, emerging from the cocoon of blankets like the cutest prairie dog ever.
“It’s probably the contractor. I forgot they were coming today.” I pulled on some clothes and added, “I’ll meet with him and start some breakfast for us,” as I hurried out of the room and down the stairs.

River, the local contractor recommended by the insurance agent, was waiting with a smile at the front door. He was big and burly, taller than me, with a thick beard and chest hair to match. It was practically waterfalling out of the top of his half-unbuttoned flannel shirt. I tried to make my handshake forceful but in his vice-like grip, I felt like a schoolboy. Even I had to admit, the dude was jacked.
“I tried calling,” he said. “But there was no answer.”
“Sorry about that. Forgot to plug my phone in last night.”
