“How are things with Luke?” Noah asked. “I don’t want him to hurt you again.”

I had forgotten he was there for a minute.

“I’m still in love with him, Noah. I couldn’t help it if I tried.”

“I understand that. I’m just looking out for you.”

“Plus, I really don’t think he’d break my heart twice.”

“I’m pretty sure if he fucks this up, Shane will kill him for you. He’s not an advocate for third chances.”

“Sounds like there’s a story there.”

“Ready for another go?” Noah asked, sidestepping my observation.

I nodded, stood up, and stretched my arms. One more try on the high bar.

Back at the hotel, I grabbed some blueberries from the fridge. I had actually made Cam his own section, so the other guys didn’t eat the food that was specifically recommended by the doctor. That was the hope, anyway.

“Hey,” Cam said, as I felt two hands circle my waist from behind. “Whatcha doing?” he asked, his mouth a few inches from my ear.

I smiled, leaned back and offered him my lips, which he smooched.

“Getting you a snack.”

“Thanks, tiger.”

“Oooh, I’ve missed that. Are you shirtless?” I turned to confirm my suspicions.

“Yeah, about that. If we’re going to go shopping, do you have anything I can wear that’s less...sweatpant-y?” Cam asked.

“Ew, don’t say that word again,” I said. “And yeah, I’m sure I have a pair of jeans and a shirt. Did you do your steam breathing?”

“Oh good, you have pants on,” Colton teased, waltzing into the kitchen in his boxers like a damn Abercrombie model. Cam was my boyfriend, but I still wasn’t a fan of that much Texas muscle on display.

It was unfair to be jealous, especially since we shared a locker room with Colton and saw more of his body in the showers. But Colton was hard not to notice. He had a large presence, and a history with Cam. A naked history.

“I did my breathing,” he said to me, then turned to Colton, “and yes, I’m wearing pants. Are those Noah’s boxers?”

I did a double take.

“Nah. Alex gave me a pair.”

“Sharing underwear now? Are you telling Zephyrus?” Cam teased.

“Hell no, though it don’t mean nothin’. We’re still waitin’ on our clothes.”

“About that...” Cam started.

“Yeah, I figure before we go shoppin’, we need to check out the village. I’ve heard they have free gear for us, like shoes, shirts, jackets, workout stuff. We should go there first before spendin’ anything,” Colton suggested.

“Oh, yeah. I forgot about that. We saw it in Brisbane, but I had so much stuff already.”

“You sure you feel well enough to go out?” I asked. I knew I was being overprotective.
