“It does, doesn’t it?”

“Would you like to spend Christmas Eve with me at my apartment?”

Welton frowned. “I don’t know.”

Reece frowned as well. “Why not?”

“How will Santa know where to find me?”

“Oh, I’m sure your stocking will get stuffed one way or another.”

Heat flooded Welton’s face as his cock reacted to the memory of Reece above and inside him. He laughed and pressed his forehead against Reece’s chest. “Okay, you won that one.”

Reece laughed and kissed the back of his head. “It’s not a competition. But I wouldn’t mind seeing you in a wrestling singlet or something.” He put a finger under Welton’s chin and raised it until they were looking at each other. “You’ve made this the best Christmas I’ve ever had.”

“I guess Dean was right.”

“Oh? What’d he say?”

“He called me a Christmas accomplice. Said I was going to save your Christmas.”

“Dean’s a pretty smart guy.”

“Even though he broke up with me?”

Reece kissed him. “Because he broke up with you and brought us together.”

“Okay, smooth talker, when does your shift end?”

Reece chuckled then pulled his phone from his pocket. “In an hour. Think you can wait that long?”

“I’ll give it a shot. I think I’ll go get one of those drink coupons from Edward.”

“You do that. You earned it, and a lot more.”

They kissed again then turned toward the door, holding hands as they left the room and headed down the hall toward the lobby.

“I’ll let you provide the ‘a lot more’,” Welton said.

Reece smiled down at him. “Good.”
