“Like you’re proud.”

“I am.”

“Don’t be. I intend nothing nice. That is all what Eren told me, not conclusions made by me. I could care less to come to any conclusions about those people,” I said in one breath, making me cough.

“You remembered and cared enough to rely on his conclusions. Put trust in your brother. He must have been happy just telling you all that and seeing you listen.”

“You’re making me sound and look nice.”

“I’d like to think my wife is nice.”

“Don’t act like you don’t know who you married.”

He pulled me to him and kissed me. At last. “My sweet sin, I’ve drank much too far of you to consider sinning anything but good.”

“What have I done to you?”

“You’re dragging me to hell, I might as well suit the environment.” He pulled my face up and left a little kiss on my nose. “Mal will come with you. No buts.”

“About that. He and I have already agreed a while ago.”

He nodded, backing away from me. “I see. I see.”

“Don’t look hurt.”

“Am not.”

It was my turn to chase him around. “Kil, I am so used to not telling anyone about what I do, it doesn’t really hit me until I’ve already set it to motion. I didn’t mean to keep it from you.”

He stopped getting dressed and cradled my face in his palms. “Love, you’ve told me. Now, two days, ten weeks ago, anytime, matters not. What matters is that you’ve told me. I really do not mind.”

“Why do you look disappointed then?”

“I am supposed to be your partner in crime. Thought I would have been your first choice about this. Guess I am the spare second.”

“Fool.”

“What a way to comfort me.”

“Poor baby.”

He pointed between us, backing away. “This is an argument. We are arguing right now, Snowlin.”

The second he gave me his back, I ran and tackled him, climbing him like a tree.

“Oh,” he said, still walking around like I wasn’t clinging to his back for dear life. “It is fine when you want to argue, but not when I want to argue.”

“Yes.”

“Yes?”

I smacked a dozen kisses on his neck until he moaned. “I meant no. What was the question again?”

He turned his head just a little, his cheek brushing against my lips. “Are we going to get dressed or should I show you the appropriate way to ride me?”

“What is option C?”

“We can continue arguing.”
