Fuck she drives me crazy. I want her. I want every part of her. Every last inch. I intended to claim more of her tonight. Snow falling outside, the house quiet, blankets piled high on the floor, and us wrapped up in them, while our shadows dance on the wall.

But now…Jim is ruining my perfect plans.

I kiss her again and pour everything I’m feeling into the connection, eating up the moans that escape her lips.

“We better get ready for bed. Do you think you’ll be up for a snowmobile ride tomorrow?”

Eden’s eyes light up.

“I’ve never been on one, and I don’t have the clothes, or a helmet, or….”

I laugh, stopping her before she works herself into a tizzy.

“You’re going to love it, and don’t worry, we have extra gear here. You can ride with me.”

My dick hardens when she smiles wide.

Fuck me, she’s stunning. I will do anything to keep Eden. Clearing my throat, I nod toward her overnight bag.

“You mentioned earlier that you want to shower. Do you want me to take your bag in there for you?”

“No, that’s okay, I’ve got it.”

Eden grabs it, hooking it over her shoulder, but pauses with her hand on the door handle before walking out.

“Felix, will you stay in here with me tonight?”

“You couldn’t kick me out.”

Biting her lip, she walks out of the bedroom and heads down the hall to the full bathroom. I suck in a deep breath and use the tiny half-bath to get ready for bed. It’s so small that I hit my elbows on the wall if I turn too quickly.

By the time Eden returns, I’m changed and under the covers. The scent of her bodywash hits me first, making my mouth water.

“Do you even know how tempting you are? You were aptly named, Eden. No one who stepped foot in your presence would be able to resist that apple.”

She smiles as I hold up the blankets and she crawls into bed beside me. I wrap my arm around her and shift closer until our bodies touch, and I’m able to look into her eyes.

“That was Eve. I’m just the garden.”

“Maybe Eve took the bite, but who could resist when surrounded by such tempting perfection?”

“Oh my god, stop….” Eden giggles.

“I’m sure that’s what Eve said too,” I tease, and her jaw drops as she swats my shoulder before laughing.

“Great, now we’re both going to go to hell.”

“I think I was going there long before now,” I say, moving an unruly piece of hair off her cheek. “It will be nice to have such sexy company.”

“Excellent, we can burn together,” Eden says.

The smile falls from my face as I cup her chin and make her look at me. She trembles slightly, her eyes going wide.

“I will burn a thousand lifetimes if it means we get to be together,” I whisper, my voice ragged with craving.

“Do you mean that,” she asks, uncertainty plainly staring back.

“Eden…is it not obvious that there is nothing I won’t do to be with you, to keep you safe?”
