“I feel like I missed out on something when I didn’t get to see him folding laundry.”

“God, you probably did. And a terrible job he did of it, too.” Sebastian laughed.

“You two are really beautiful together. And this place you’ve created…” Neil looked around taking in the sweeping vista in front of them, the soaring glass and light wood behind them, the little cabins down the path. “I know you’re struggling financially, but I feel like what you two have made is some kind of dream.”

Sebastian pulled Neil in for a kiss. It was already hard keeping his mouth off the man, but when he spoke like that, from the heart, admiring everything that Sebastian loved… How could he not want to reward him with deep, hungry kisses that drew out those muffled whimpers?

There was something immensely satisfying about taking the older man, with his perfect posture and controlled movements, and absolutely destroying him with a kiss. Sebastian pulled him in tighter, fisting one hand in Neil’s shirt and the other at the back of his neck, while Neil just clung to Sebastian’s shoulders.

Sebastian couldn’t remember the last time he’d felt this connected to anyone who wasn’t Jamie. It was ridiculous after only a couple days, but Neil seemed to just fit. With Sebastian, with Jamie, with the lodge… everything.

Sebastian finally pulled back, leaving Neil whimpering as he chased after Sebastian’s lips and then just waited, eyes blown and lips parted.

“It’s a wonder we even look at the budget,” Sebastian chuckled.

“Sorry, Sir,” Neil apologized, but he was grinning.

“I’m tempted to take you upstairs right now.” This was what he needed. Something clean and new to take his mind off of old misery.

“If you want, Sir.”

God, there was nothing like a willing submissive. No, not just any submissive, but this intelligent, experienced older man who loved the mountains and went so easily to his knees at the slightest hint of dominance. Neil was so much more than just an easy way to get Henri off his mind.

They were really never going to make it through this project before Neil left at this rate. But God, it would be worth it. Maybe if they didn’t finish, he could invite Neil back next weekend.

They’d been working for hours, and after everything Neil just unintentionally dumped on him, Sebastian needed a break. No, he needed to be in control again. He needed to be responsible for his baby boy’s pleasure. Just to prove to himself that Neil wasn’t Henri at all. That he was so much more generous and devoted than Henri had ever been, and deserved to be rewarded for all of his efforts.

“Boy, go into the cabinet over there and get a blanket.”

Neil’s eyes widened, and Sebastian could see his mind racing ahead, but all he said was “Yes, Sir.” He departed for the wardrobe where Sebastian kept a stack of towels for anyone who wanted to sunbathe in the summer and some folded blankets for anyone who wanted to sit outside in the chillier months.

Sebastian checked the area. It was completely empty, which wasn’t surprising. Most of the weekend guests had left last night or caught flights early this morning. Those who were staying another day or two were off on adventures or, for those lucky enough to hook up, perhaps back in bed.

Either way, everyone who was still at the lodge was kinky, and no one new, that is, vanilla, would be checking in until Wednesday.

Sebastian pushed the table back a foot just as Neil returned. He was holding a folded plaid blanket and he glanced between Sebastian and the floor in front of him. It was an excellent guess—Sebastian could easily imagine Neil kneeling at his feet—but it wasn’t what he planned right now.

“Come here, baby boy.” Sebastian patted his thigh. When Neil stepped close enough to grab, but not quite sure what to do, Sebastian tugged him onto his lap, facing the computer. “Spread out the blanket,” he murmured into Neil’s ear.

Neil followed instructions with shaky hands, draping the blanket over both of their knees.

“Good boy. What’s your color?”

“Green? Sir?”

“You tell me if that changes,” Sebastian told him. “Now, I believe we were looking at Furnishings and Equipment?”

“Yes, Sir.” Neil looked over his shoulder uncertainly, but his fingers went back to the keyboard. “There are two big orders from a kitchen supply store that year.”

“Mmmm…” Sebastian nuzzled into his neck while his hands crept under the blanket, stroking up and down Neil’s legs. “The first one’s the dishwasher and the second one was a set of supplies for outdoor catering. We use them sometimes when people rent out the space for large events.”

“Oh.” Neil’s voice was a bit breathy. “I didn’t know commercial dishwashers were that expensive.”

Sebastian's hands traced up to his inner thighs, then a little further. He could feel Neil growing hard under his hand. “Yeah. They wash the dishes in thirty seconds though, and sanitize them. Go on to the next year.”

“Uh, um… let me bring up all the years at once.”

“Good boy.”
