Sebastian kissed along Neil’s sweaty neck. “You called me Daddy,” he murmured.
Neil’s heart, already racing from exertion, kicked up higher. He hadn’t meant to say it yet. “Is that alright?” He really wanted it to be.
“More than alright, Cricket.”
Neil’s heart swelled. He was Daddy’s Cricket.
Jamie rolled his head around lazily. “Daddy needs a bug name, too.”
Neil chuckled. He already loved how Jamie either dropped off to sleep after sex or said the craziest things. Maybe he even loved Jamie, though it was too soon to say.
“Oh I do?” Sebastian asked. “What do you think my bug name would be?”
“Maybe a beetle?” Jamie mused.
“Like a cockroach?” Sebastian laughed.
“Ewww… no. Maybe an ant? They’re… strong and productive and all that.”
Neil snuggled into Jamie’s shoulder, though he was careful not to rest all of his weight on him. “A daddy long-legs,” he muttered.
“Oh, that’s perfect! Neil, you’re funny.”
Actually, it was the only thing he’d been able to think of, but he liked seeing Jamie smile.
“My legs aren’t long,” Sebastian chided, slowly pulling away and evoking a gasp from Jamie.
“You can be a short-legged Daddy long-legs,” Jamie declared.
Neil laughed, evoking a moan from Jamie when he inadvertently clenched around the softening cock that was still nestled in his ass. Reluctantly, he pulled off, flopping over on his side to snuggle up against Jamie.
It was so freeing knowing that even if the scene was over, their… relationship was still going. Maybe, he dared to hope, forever.
“I suppose I could be a Daddy long-legs,” Sebastian relented. He settled in on Jamie’s other side, lacing his fingers with Neil’s over Jamie’s chest.
“I like it,” Neil told him. “My Dragonfly and my Daddy long-legs.” It was the silliest and most romantic thing he’d ever said.
“That’s right,” Jamie agreed. “Ours.”

Sebastian parked the car and went around to open Jamie’s door. He didn’t always do it, since Jamie’s physical autonomy was so important to him, but today he felt like they both needed the connection. He helped Jamie out of the car and kept one arm around him as he shut the door.
“This is it?” Jamie asked, looking up at the tall building.
“Looks like it. Let me pay the meter and we can go in.”
It had taken more than a month of negotiations, but Neil had finally talked Henri into a buy-out. Today they were just signing the papers, which was why they were visiting Neil’s office for the first time. It was both exciting and intimidating, especially when he knew who he’d be seeing on a video screen in just a few minutes.
They quickly passed the reception desk and ascended the gold and glass elevators that looked out over the opulent lobby.
“Your boy’s pretty fancy, Daddy,” Jamie commented.
“I think you’re the fancy one, Dragonfly. Neil doesn’t care about all of this.” He could say that with confidence now. Neil had plenty of money, but he was as different from Henri as night and day.
