I look toward my bedroom.

My brow tightens.

“What’s that supposed to mean?”

“I’ve been unreachable for three days on a mission, I finally get signal, find out my sister is being hunted over some asshole’s debt, and now I have to investigate your love life too. I’m prioritizing.”

I almost smile.

“Send me anything you find.”
