“How are you feeling?” he asks as he washes his hands in the sink, dries them on the nearby towel, turns around, and hops up on the vanity like he often does when he wants to chat while I shower. We could bathe together, but he hates washing in Satan's water. We should have considered adding a second showerhead when we remodeled this old closet into a bathroom, but it’d be a tight fit, and our double sinks would have to go.

“I should be asking you the same. How are you feeling?” I check, hoping he’ll want to talk about what happened yesterday without me having to pry too much. Sometimes, he can get a little shy.

Jace swings his legs like a little kid. “My ass is a little sore, but I thought it would be worse.” He pauses a beat and blows out a long, emotional breath. “So… is there anything you wanna talk about after yesterday… ya know… We should probably talk about boundaries and what we plan to get outta this. I know we discussed it when we decided to do the hall pass thing, but that was years ago.”

Welp, I guess I didn’t have to worry about him being shy.

“What do you want?” I ask since that’s far more important than what I want. This is his friend. His hall pass.

He shrugs. “Everything, I guess.”

I laugh. “You gotta be more specific.”

Jace clasps his hands in his lap and stares at the floor as I step out from under the water and rub a thick layer of vanilla-orange conditioner over my hair. “I want to watch him fuck you,” he finally admits, his voice stronger than I expect. “I want him to fuck me while I fuck you. I wanna suck his cock again. I wanna do everything. As long as you’re okay with it, I wanna do it. If you get uncomfortable, we stop. We got a little carried away last night, kissing on the couch.”

“That’s okay,” I assure him.

Jace looks up from the ground to read my body language. “You, sure, sure?”

“Yes. I wouldn’t say so if it wasn’t.” He knows that. Just as I know he reads body cues more than he understands words.

“I don’t want you to ever feel left out.”

“I didn’t.”

Sitting straight up, he grins and slaps the top of his knees. “Good. Soooo… Are you okay with all those things I said?”

I nod. “And just so we’re clear, I’m into him, too. I’m not doing this just for you. I’m doing this for me, too.”

“That’s great. I’m glad.”

“I want him to fuck me, too,” I clarify, watching his reaction through the glass front of our stand-up shower.

“God, that’s hot, babe.” Jace, naked as the day he was born, tries to cover what is an obvious erection. “Sooo. Um… What if I’m working or you’re working, and stuff…” he trails off.

“Then do whatever you want. I plan to.”

“Right. Cool. Cool. Cool. So I can…”

“Suck his cock when I’m not around? Yes.” I chuckle when a surprised squeak rips out of my husband’s throat like he loves the idea of sucking cock. Silly, hot man. I rinse the conditioner from my hair and continue to explain my thoughts. “We should probably keep our bedroom to just us, at least for now. It hasn’t even been a day. Who knows? Wolf might not want anything else after yesterday. He might not be that kinda guy. We should probably talk to him about it.”

“Yes. We should. Is this… Is it weird that this doesn’t feel so weird?”

“I mean… Maybe?” I shrug. “But we love each other. We’re secure in our marriage. Wolf is… I don’t even know. He somehow fits.”

“So, you feel that, too?” Jace asks.

“Yes.”

“I’m glad I’m not the only one, then. Would you be okay if we offered him to stay with us until he leaves, so he doesn’t have to stay in that shitty cabin anymore?”

“For sure.”

“He may have to leave for club business. He won’t tell us what it is, and I don’t know when he’ll be back, but it’s a thought.”

“He’s welcome here anytime, Jace. I’m fine with that,” I explain, so he doesn’t overthink this, which he will. I vividly remember the day we discussed the hall passes and how nervous he was to share that Wolf was his. For almost an entire week after, he brought me flowers each day and apologized for possibly being bisexual and not talking to me about it sooner. Little did he know, but I was aware of his attraction to men. Okay. Maybe not men. But Wolf. It was obvious from the start.

“Gracie?” Jace calls, pulling me from my thoughts as I grab my razor from the shelf and swipe it down my armpits.
