Caoimhe deflated at Lusa’s apprehension. “I’m sorry, I shouldn’t have said anything. If it makes you feel better, I haven’t used this one with anyone else.” She reached for her rucksack to put it away.

“No,” Lusa held her hand out, regretting her inability to keep her expression straight. “It’s not that. I’ve just…”

Caoimhe set the rucksack down and crossed her legs.

She knew it was ludicrous to feel ashamed for not having had this experience, but she still couldn’t look at Caoimhe. “I haven’t used… you know.” Her voice was too quiet. She cleared her throat and tried again. “Those before.”

“Oh.” Caoimhe sat up straight. “That’s okay, even the base models of these have LSOs.”

Lusa’s forehead made tiny elevens at the bridge of her nose.

“Uh…” Caoimhe frowned trying to remember the acronym. “Lipid soluble oestradiol.”

Lusa frowned harder.

“It helps you…” Caoimhe spread her hands apart. “Open.”

Lusa had never had that issue before. Then again, two fingers had always been sufficient. Any discomfort had been caused by wrong angles or a lack of nail maintenance. But anyone with functional eyes could see that two fingers was roughly a quarter of the thickness of that monstrosity.

Lusa took a few calming breaths. Despite her excitement, Caoimhe looked concerned. It was sweet that she was worried about pressuring Lusa. She couldn’t remember the last time someone had thought they were pushing Lusa too far.

“Just give me a moment to process,” Lusa said, hoping it wouldn’t drive Caoimhe away. She had to admit, the toy was alarming. Obviously other women enjoyed them. If they didn’t, no-one would have made anything like it. There must be something about having a toy that large inside of you. Something that made what looked to be uncomfortable worth it.

Lusa also had to admit that the more she thought about it, the more her body responded, and the less she could deny the thrill the idea ignited in her.

She found that the corner of her lip had turned upward when she responded. “Yes. But go slow.”

Even in the low light, Lusa could see Caoimhe beaming with a mixture of relief and excitement. “I was so worried I’d offended you.”

“Shut up and kiss me again.” Lusa pulled her into the sleeping bag. Caoimhe squealed.

The toy sang an inappropriately jaunty tune as it powered up, the magclip locking the toy in place. “I know you’ve never used one, but it’s not quite the same as a penis.”

Lusa scoffed. “I haven’t used one of those either. I’ll tell you the story of how I learned they existed some other time.”

Caoimhe drew back. “Really? So, you’ve never…”

“Fingers only.” Lusa finished her sentence, impatient for her mouth.

“No wonder you were…” But Lusa pulled her in and stopped her babbling. Teeth crashed into lips and any hesitation about body parts or physical realities was tossed aside. Worlds reduced to Caoimhe’s mouth, her teeth, her lips and tongue, violent and alive inside her.

Caoimhe pulled back panting. Between the ferocity of Lusa’s kiss and the wearable end, she looked ready to come undone. “Who taught you how to kiss?”

Lusa’s breath caught in her throat. She’d done it again. Kissed too hard. Too deeply. She’d let her desire to consume, her restrained darkness peek from behind its cage. She needed to slow down.

But Caoimhe fisted fingers through her hair. “You’re going to ruin me before we even start.”

Caoimhe might not have realised what she was asking, but in her state, the barest permission to indulge snapped whatever remained of Lusa’s leash on her self-control

Passion might be used in more polite circles, ones where ladies tittered about the latest bodice-ripper over quilts and tea. This was raw and savage. Nails dug. Teeth tore. Lips bled. Where Caoimhe hesitated out of concern, teasing the tip of her overlarge toy around the slick of her entrance, Lusa grasped the shaft of and eased it into herself. The initial shock of her most intimate places being pried open and exposed dissolved into the adrenaline of need.

But the laws of physics don’t bend to fantasies. Despite Lusa’s determination, Caoimhe withdrew, making good on her promise to take it slow. She eased in again. Parts of herself opened that Lusa hadn’t known existed. A little deeper. A little further. The way her body shifted and moved to accommodate all of Caoimhe and the part of herself she kept hidden roused.

Lusa gurgled, as though the toy had reached something in her throat and she was drowning in her own arousal.

Caoimhe appeared just as surprised as Lusa. Embarrassing, to be sure, and possibly the result of trying to suppress her urges. Reminding herself that this was still temporary, Lusa hoped her darkness would stay asleep.

Caoimhe knew none of this. “That was so hot. Do that again.” Caoimhe thrust deeper to make sure she did.
