Mateo’s eyes went wide. “Oh my God. You slut.”
I laughed. “I can’t help it. He’s irresistible. “
“Penetration?”
I shushed him and looked behind me to ensure neither Stefan nor Carrington were nearby. “No. I mean yes, but not with our…dicks.”
Mateo started to laugh. “Ooh, you have gone further than I thought you would have. Please tell me you finally swallowed too.”
I was mortified. “Jesus. Stop!” He kept his imploring eyes on me. “Okay, yes.”
He let out a small scream and hugged me again. “My boy’s grown up.”
“Shut up!” I laughed, pushing him off me.
Mateo waved a hand through the air to signal I was being a prude. “Just keep in mind, if he still identifies as straight, he’s never going to do for you what he wants you to do for him. You catch my meaning?”
I nodded. “He’s been pretty open to things so far, though. And he doesn’t seem to have regrets about anything we’ve done. I don’t think he’s a closet homophobe. It’s like he just found out he likes vanilla ice cream as much as he likes chocolate.”
“I thought he can’t have dairy,” Mateo deadpanned.
“You know what I mean,” I chastised. “He wants to…go all the way tonight. I told him that I would.”
Mateo’s eyes bulged. “Eric, you’re shocking me here. Okay, be careful. Don’t let him hurt you. I’m not going to lie. Your first time will be a bit painful, at least at first. Don’t be afraid to tell him to be gentle.”
I nodded. “Okay, but I know he will be.”
“And make sure you…take care of yourself down there before you get in bed with him. You never know. He may use his tongue to ready you. It’s been known to happen, and it’s horrifying when you’re spending the whole time wondering if you’re clean enough. Puts a damper on things. Trust me. I speak from experience.”
I laughed. “Um, too late for that.”
This time, his jaw dropped. “What in the name of all that’s holy? He’s really leaning into this gay thing, isn’t he? And look at you. You’ve become a regular porn star. I’m happy for you. You’re allowing yourself a good time.”
I shrugged a shoulder. “He makes it easy.”
At that point, Stefan and Carrington entered the kitchen, silencing both Mateo and me. I was afraid my flushed face revealed to Carrington what we’d been discussing.
Stefan motioned his hand nowhere in particular. “I’m going to do another security check of the home.” He looked over to Mateo. “I do that when I’m somewhere unfamiliar. Carrington and I have had stalkers in the past.”
Mateo’s face was unreadable. “Sure. I guess.”
“But then, maybe we can leave this place and I can test your apartment’s security,” Stefan suggested. “A handsome guy like you—you never know what creeps might be watching you through your windows. I can…protect you.”
I almost laughed when Mateo’s Adam’s apple bobbed, much like mine did when I was excited and nervous. “Um, okay. You sure take this security stuff seriously, huh?”
Stefan grinned. “Very. I’ve always thought it would be fun to be a TSA agent and give a hot guy like you a full body search.”
Mateo’s eyes widened. “Uh, you can practice on me if it’s a career you’re considering…”
Carrington coughed to silence the banter. “Should we just skip dinner?”
Mateo nodded, displaying his eagerness. “I have food at my house, Stefan. Maybe you should move it along. I’m pretty worried about my apartment now. It’s not in the nicer part of town like Eric’s house is.”
Stefan gave Mateo a lascivious grin and left the room to begin his inspection.
I laughed. “You’re concerned about the safety of your apartment in this town?”
Mateo turned red. “Yes. Watch those crime documentaries on television. The narrator always begins the segment by saying ‘murders don’t happen in this type of town’.”
