“I watched you in that graveyard.”

“I know,” she murmured.

Good.

I gripped Eva’s ponytail and began to pump my hips. Her eyes watered as she gurgled and choked around my length. Her tight throat enveloped my cock. When she screamed, I drove myself deeper until my balls smacked against her chin.

“Yeah,” I groaned as I pulled back.

Her next scream died in her throat as she lost consciousness. I lowered her head and thrust into her again. The music continued, as did my movements. Stitches tore and blood leaked, but I didn’t stop.

I was lost in my world.

I thrust in and out of her, grunting as I felt my balls tighten.

Anne.

I looked up to find her eyes glazed over, her lips parted. That perfect little mouth.

“Anne,” I moaned, driving my hips forward.

My release shot down Eva’s throat, but my gaze never left Anne’s blue eyes. I pulled back until more spilled onto Eva’stongue. Her slack jaw let it drip back out. I pushed myself down her throat once more and held myself there until I was finished, wishing it had been Anne beneath me instead.

“That’s us even now,” I said, releasing Eva’s hair.“If you fuck another man, it’ll be you hanging from this pulley.”

“Don’t threaten me with a good time,” she muttered.

I closed my eyes and laughed.

It wasn’t a hollow, mirthless kind, but genuine laughter.

After going to the bathroom and washing up, I walked back to Anne’s cage. She still wore her navy pyjama set—small silver stars on a simple vest top and long bottoms.

“If I let you out, are you going to behave?”

She pressed her lips together, considering.

“I can try, but there really are no guarantees,” she sighed.

More honest than I’d expected. I reached into my pocket for the keys and unlocked the cage, then her handcuffs. When I moved to take them back, she held on.

“Can I keep these?”

“You’ll never get them on me,” I said, arching a brow.

“No—they’re good quality.”

I let go. She turned them over in her hands, weighing them as though they were precious metal. I shook my head and stood. She climbed out of the cage and stretched her back.

She walked ahead of me—the safest position. I could keep my eyes on her. Given the chance, she’d try to kill me. The audacity was astounding for someone of her slight frame. But that was also the key to her success. She was completely unassuming.

I locked the door behind me, keeping my body half-turned toward her.

“Are you scared of me, Dr Hammond?” she teased.

“I’d be a fool not to be cautious.”
