Boy, was he wrong.
The press of Sariel’s lips was intoxicating and accentuated every other sensation. It truly felt as if they were one singular being now, flesh against flesh, tongues twisting together, and Seymour surrendered completely to the relentless pounding of Sariel’s cock.
The only thing that was better than this was the knowledge that Seymour could keep it. He wasn’t going to lose Sariel ortheir beautiful life together. Every last second he had on this planet, he could have this.
“Gonna come,” Seymour whimpered, startled by an emotional surge through his chest that sent his brain spiraling. “Fuck, yes, come on. Make me come, Daddy. Please, please, please?—”
“Yes.”
“Fuck, oh, God—” Seymour screamed as his climax rocked through him, his hips jerking as the rush reduced his brain power to absolute zilch. He had to close his eyes as Sariel followed after him to shield himself from the brilliance of all those golden eyes, and he groaned as he felt his inner walls flood with Sariel’s thick load.
Fuck, it was good.
It was always so fucking good.
He was warm and sated, muscles tingling pleasantly as Sariel withdrew from him. He watched the fascinating process of Sariel returning to his human form, and then he let Sariel roll him so they could face each other. “Wow.”
“Wow is good,” Sariel said confidently. “I remember that.”
“Yup. Damn sure is.” Seymour kissed him. “And so are you, Daddy. Fuckin’ amazing, really.”
“You are amazing, mystella. So much that I cannot—” Sariel took a deep breath. “My apologies. I need a moment. This was a big decision, but I know it is the right one.”
“Eh?” Seymour blinked. “What’s wrong?”
Sariel only smiled, touching his own chest for a long moment. The skin peeled back to reveal the golden muscles beneath, and there was a bright light. It was more brilliant than the one that rolled around his head when he was a Super Saiyan Four angel, and it shifted and glimmered almost as if it was alive.
“What is that?” Seymour asked softly.
He had the wildest urge to touch it, but after weeks of living in a city of monsters, he knew that was probably a bad idea without asking first.
“My light,” Sariel replied. “Or at least, part of it.”
“It’s beautiful.”
“Here.” Sariel held it out to Seymour.
“Uh, what are you doin’?”
“I am giving part of it to you.” Sariel’s smile grew. “I love you, Seymour. I love Day. You are my family. But you were right.”
Seymour glanced between the light and Sariel’s face, confused. “’Bout which thing?”
“The meat bag thing.”
“Eh?”
“That you will die because you are mortal but Day and I will live on.”
“Oh. Right.” Seymour stared. “So, what will your light do exactly?”
“Should you accept it, you willlive. Just as I do. For eons.” Sariel smiled warmly. “I understand if the idea of immortality frightens you, but?—”
“Okay. What do I do? Eat it? Snort it?”
Sariel laughed. “Eager, are you?”
“What?” Seymour grinned. “For an eternity with you and our adorable kitty cat girl who eats people? Hell yeah, I am.”
Sariel kissed him, his hands pressing against Seymour’s chest.
The resulting feeling was pure warmth, like sunshine, comforting and sweet, and it even tickled a little. He didn’t feel any different than before, certainly not magically immortal, even though he was, but his heart raced all the same. He was going to have lifetime after lifetime with his new family, and what could be better than?—
“Technically she eats other monsters. Notpeople. But she could if she wanted to.”
“God, I love you.”
“I love you too.”
