“Jesus Christ, they brought the entire fucking Cartel to Indiana. What the fuck? Get General Pennington on the line. Have him activate the National guard for cleanup. Once they breach the gates, the law is on our side. Also, ask for clearance to shut down cell towers, we don’t need the media hearing anything. Have the national guard create a military zone around us.” Creed ordered.

“I want the cult members weeded out as much as possible, and I want the top five Cartel. All alive, but secured.” I ordered. “But if they don’t stand down, take a shot, but do not engage outside our perimeter.” I ordered after I put a headset on. So much for a Merry Christmas, fucking bastards. We could have them all wiped out in a matter of minutes, but I wanted the cult members and those top five Cartel sick fucks. Those guys were on the terror watch list and worth a hell of a lot of money.

I ran my fingers through my hair then looked at a prospect waiting for orders. “Go to my apartment and stand outsidethe door. I don’t want Belle getting curious and leaving that apartment. The last thing she needs is to step in here and see what was going to be happening on these screens. These people are her family and there’s a chance they have her mother.”

He took off for the apartment.

“What do you see up there, Irons?” Creed asked over the headset.

“I don’t see any other motorcycles or trucks for miles. They put all their eggs in one basket. It’s 2 am and there’s no vehicles on the roads.” Irons answered.

“How are the first line defense operatives? Any injuries?”

A voice came over from the North gate. “We had to step up resistance. They were suspecting we wanted them inside. It was too easy, and they caught on. No operative injuries so far, but can’t say the same about them.” Niemen said.

“South gate is clear, all vehicles down at second line of defense.” Garcia said. The disabling electrical signal was still going out and working.

“Gate shut and electrified?” I asked.

“10-4.”

“Units in position?” I asked.

“10-4 all gates.”

“Doug has ordered to spare as many as possible. He’s sending units from Versailles, Indy, and Madison. Will deploy Richmond if needed.” Price said.

“Pennington is deploying the Madison National Guard. Will be a few hours.” Wilson said.

“Creed, Military Intelligence is on the line.” Barker yelled out and Creed went to take the call.

“Fuck it, those gangs aren’t here legally, we can fuck them up.” Magnus typed something into the computer.

“I repeat myself, spare the cult members.” I yelled into the headset when gunfire rang out.

“Cartel are shoot to kill! State superintendent wants most left alive, but we will not sacrifice our operatives for that objective!” Magnus ordered.

I paced as I watched the screens. Our operatives were walking the intruders from the main gate toward the community center. I suspected that was where most of the cult was, and that group was secure without much of a fight. “Put cult members in bunker A and away from the gunfire. Look for a Jeremiah Brown and separate him from his followers. Take any MC members, I don’t care who they belong to, and line them up against Wall A.” I ordered then flipped the screens myself to the other gates. I watched as some of the MC members tried to retreat but were electrified at the outer gate and fell to the ground. “Look at these fuckers. They had no idea who they were fucking with.” I laughed. “They’re dead.” I meant it when I said we were a safe place for Belle.

I looked at a prospect. “Please check on my wife and tell her everything is going to be okay. I’m doing what I can to keep her family safe.” Not that I cared if they lived or died, but my wife would have, and I’d do it for her. I wanted Jeremiah Brown for myself though, we had a few things to discuss.

“Sniper is on the line.” Price said.

“Put him through on speaker.”

I waited for a moment then heard him on the line. “Sniper, it’s Axton. What do you have for us?”

“We met a few stragglers. Didn’t know what to do with the dumb fucks that rode their bikes in a snowstorm and crashed. Really? Is this the kind of idiots we are working with? We are seeing crowns and roses tattoos, what do you think?”

I laughed. “They weren’t prepared for their trip north. Let me guess, Tren Aragua and we have ourselves some Venezuelan prisoners sent up to harass our law-abiding citizens. That snowstorm just may have been our first defense.” They were a nasty group, literally the worst of the worst serving time for heinous crimes, but Venezuela thought they be cute and have them cross our borders. We were already getting some contract requests for them, so they might have been worth something too. “Keep them and make yourselves a few bucks.” They had likely been in the area for a while, and were die hard bikers. They probably didn’t have trucks or other vehicles.

“Might just do that, thanks. We are fully mobilized and meeting the Angels in about fifteen. Where do you want us?”

“Meet up with Darren Rossi. He will want help with patrol around the county and maybe surrounding areas. He’s about to end his career as sheriff with a bang. I’m looking forward to seeing the front page with you and him shaking hands.” I chuckled.

“He deserves it, a good man. I’ll give him a call.”

“By the time you get here it’s going to be all cleanup. The dumb fucks crossed our gates.” I said.
