She gasped as she looked around the room. How did he know she had rolled her eyes? Was he in her house?

Scared, she looked around her living room, trying to find where he could possibly be standing, but she found no one.

“Where are you?” she asked.

But she was met with silence yet again. She clenched her jaw and took a deep breath in.

“So, you’re going to answer some of my questions but not all of them?”

“I haven’t answered any of your questions.”

She thought back to everything she had said and realized he was telling the truth. Every question she had asked, he didn’t answer.

“Show yourself. Show me where you are like a real man would.”

Her brain was screaming at her. It was a dangerous game she was playing, and it wasn’t going to end well, but she needed to see him. She needed him to know that she was done with this.

Ethan chuckled once more. “When Daddy gets his hands on you, I’ll never let go.”

“You’re not going to have me. I’m not yours anymore.”

“But you are. You’ve been saving yourself for me. Like you always planned when we were younger.”

She sucked in a breath. How did he know she was still a virgin? Margery had tried so many times to have sex with guys, but it never worked out. She always ended up feeling guilty about betraying Ethan, even though he had been dead. Or so she thought.

“I’m going to love every second of Daddy popping your cherry.”

Margery should have been turned off and disgusted by this, but she couldn’t help but be turned on. She had always fantasized about Ethan taking her virginity.

“Stop calling yourself Daddy,” she snapped.

“But I am your Daddy. I will always be your Daddy, and you will always be my Little girl,” he replied before hanging up.

CHAPTER TWENTY

ETHAN

“Matthias?" Ethan called out.

He waited for one of his most trusted men to come into the room. Matthias was somebody who Ethan could confide in. He was a man of few words, but he got the job done and told people what he thought with no bullshit.

Ethan’s kind of guy.

Matthias was one of the men who had been helping him with Margery.

“Yes, boss?” Matthias walked into the room.

“Has Margery called you recently?"

“No, she hasn’t.”

Ethan kind of already knew that, but he wanted to know more. He had put the cameras and microphones in her house after Matthias had visited. It had been a while since then, but Ethan trusted Matthias and didn’t need to know every single detail immediately after it happened. But now, he wanted to know.

“How did she react when you answered the phone but also appeared on her doorstep?” Ethan inquired.

Margery was a smart girl. He figured she would pick up on something like that, but in her panicked state, she might not have.

Oh, he loved seeing her in a panic state. To watch all the emotions play across her face. He could tell exactly what she was thinking .
