“It’s only going to get better, baby. We don’t have shit to run from. From this point forward, whatever we face, we do it together.”

He gathered his hands and placed one on each thigh. He gave me a strong push right when I thought I was going to fly off the bed. He gripped my ankles and turned me around on my stomach. He gave my ass a firm slap that was sure to leave a mark, and that sent a tingle so damn delicious down my spine.

“Get that ass up. I ain’t done with you. Hold up. I got you.” He pulled my hips up to meet his stroke and filled me to capacity.

“Shit! Prince, baby.” I whined and threw my hand behind me. I felt like his dick was in my chest it was so damn thick. I had to be with this nigga forever because the way he was marking my walls it would only be good for him alone. No other man could measure up.

“Hell nah,” he swiped my hand away then he started coaching. “Look at you taking that dick, baby. You make my dick look so good with your cum coating me.” He slapped my ass again, and his voice and his speed were the perfect combination to make me forget the slight discomfort and open to him. “That’s it, Le Monroe, let me in so I can fuck you. I love yo’ pretty ass. Look at me. You gone let me in that ass too, or do I need to give you some help?”

My face was so far in the mattress I didn’t know how I could manage it. I was able to turn my head enough to lock my eyes with him. From then, it was no words, yet I understood every communication. He confessed his love and my heart echoed the sentiment. When I felt him gather my wrist into one hand, my pussy quivered around him, knowing the pounding that was to come. Once he started digging, I called his name, and I’m sure it could be heard from a mile away. Right when my walls were pushed to the brink he filled my pussy and we collapsed.

Prince

I hated leaving the mountain, but what I sought to accomplish was completed. Now, just as I thought, I was caught up in placing the finishing touches on the mansions this week and a meeting today to finalize the details of the hotel chain. They didn’t say that I had it yet and call me cocky but I felt it in my bones that it was mine. Hamp was hiding, and I would find him, but I didn’t have the time to chase him down and forget all my other obligations. He would smoke out and as soon as he did I wouldn’t hesitate.

“Damn, look who finally decided to join us.” Cairo caught up to me while I was doing a walk-through of the living area of the current home we were working in.

“When you sign the checks you are afforded a certain luxury,” I joked.

“Damn boss went away and got cocky on our ass. I ain’t mad big bruh, talk yo’ shit because you know I got shit handled here. We were smooth and on pace.”

“That’s what I know. I got something big coming up, and I’m going to lean on you a lot more. That means more money, and I’ll need you to supervise a crew for me.”

Cairo’s eyes lit up. “Bet! You know it’s whatever.”

“I’ll give you more details on that later. I have to go to a meeting. I was trying to catch Remy. Where his ass at?”

“Old school went home the other day early. I told him to take the day off because truth be told, he is getting a lil’ too old for this shit anyway. Rem cool as hell, but he needs to be somewhere kicked back enjoying life.”

“Yeah,” I replied vaguely. I walked away and filed it in my mind to talk to Remy as soon as I cleared everything up.

“Aye. Hold up. Where sis’ at? I wanted to float her some business. I got family coming in town for my sister’s birthday. I wanted to know if she would be able to make her cakes. Sis’ ass extra, so I would rather she get her contact, and they go from there.”

“I’ll give you her site information when I swing back through,” I called over my shoulder, not stopping my motion. Things were moving so fast that we hadn’t established one yet, but that would be a memory by the end of the night. Le was smart as hell, and she had already been speaking about branding, and getting a large order like that would be what she needed. I sent her a text.

Thinking of you.

She replied within seconds with a bunch of hearts. I let thoughts of her and her taste that still danced on my tongue from having her for breakfast float me over to my next destination. I walked into the hotel taking in the plainness of it. That would be a distant memory once I laid my hands on it. This was the third meeting and I wasn’t going to get cocky, but I knew I had it. I pushed the button on the elevator and headed to the executive suite.

“Prince! Thank you for meeting with us.” Brandon was the first one to stand. He was the youngest of the four menthat were the Giovan company. I shook his hand while the other men remained unmoved at the table. Clearly, they made the presidential suite an office in which they did business. I couldn’t understand why when there were perfectly good areas for this downstairs. I pushed my nerves down because they were threatening to distract me. I played the shit cool, but internally, I was feeling like everything I was doing, the reason I worked so hard to recover my company, and my name finally was starting to make sense. Years of hustling without a breath and pouring everything I could into my dream were paying off.

“I just want to say that your ideas were amazing. The way you fleshed these ideas out is something we at Giovan have never seen before.” I nodded because he still hadn’t said anything official yet.

“When do we move forward?” I asked.

“Everything looks great, but—"But. That fatal word that disregards everything that was previously said.I made sure I adjusted my posture to sit even straighter as I looked at each man in the face. All men who had inherited their shares in this company through lineage. I couldn’t say they never worked a hard day in their life because I truly knew neither of them personally. I could bet their childhood was nothing like mine, though. Never faced food insecurity and walking to school past gangs and drug houses. My mind tried to drag me into doubt and I quickly cut the faucet. No matter what I had been through I was worthy. My work spoke for itself and I had to be prepared to stand on it. The business was never personal.

“The balconies in the presidential. The cost is just way out of range. We can go with something more sensible. If we could make that minor adjustment, we have a deal.”

“No,” I said flatly. The men bristled. I could tell they weren’t used to that type of rebuttal. I took their pause to clarify. “Royalty Restoration does not do sensible. A key element of the contract is complete creative control. You asked me for a groundbreaking design that would set this hotel chain apart from every hotel that opens its doors. The balcony in the presidential suites is foundational in doing that.”

“You can’t expect us to foot that type of bill. You are talking about an additional ten thousand dollars added for each presidential. You are talking about $40000 per build. You know how many properties we own?”

“I’m aware. It’s in the contract.”

“Well, that’s our offer. If that’s not acceptable by you we will find someone else.” The most aggressive of the four men rose while the other three remained seated.

“Wait a minute. Now we can all be sensible men. I understand how much your designs mean to you. Why don’t we shelf this and revisit it later this week?” Brandon spoke up.
