“So,whatdoyoudo,Declan?”Jenasked,drawingthe guy’sattentionfromGigi.Withhiseyesoff her,shefeltasifshecould breatheagain.Shewasn’tkeepingupwiththeconversationatall.Allshe knewwasthatJenwasflirtinglikeshealwaysdid, andDeclanwaseatinguptheattention.He’d obviouslydecided thatGigi was alostcause.

“I’llseeyoulater,”shesaid,givingherroommateasmallwavebeforeleavingthebar.

Backat herapartment,sheundressedandtookoffhermake-up.Shechangedintoherpajamasthen got into bed.WithanyluckshewouldalreadybeasleepwhenJengothomewithwhichever manshe’d decided onforthenight.
