I frown, “So long as they don’t pull him from the fight for being an idiot.”

Cash laughs, “Don’t worry, man. I highly doubt that they’d want to stop the fight. They wanted you to help put him in place anyway, and after this, they’re going to want that even more.”

I smile, relief that I probably shouldn’t feel going through me. I need this fight.

The guy on the floor groans, and I kick him in the face, knocking him out cold again.

“Jensen,” Trick chastises, but with no real heat.

I shrug, “Oh come on, if he’d come around, then he would’ve carried on spouting bullshit, and then we would have a bigger problem on our hands because Cash still looks like he could murder someone.”

Trick looks at Cash who just shrugs but doesn’t deny shit and sighs, “Fine. They should be here any minute anyway.”

Sure enough, we don’t have to wait long until their truck is pulling up behind dickheads.

“Luke, grab his keys and drive the truck back to school,” Billy orders and Luke nods.

He roughly searches for Ryan’s keys, finding them and waking Ryan up in the process. He doesn’t bother saying anything as he jumps in Ryan’s truck and drives away.

Billy storms over to Ryan and unceremoniously grabs him, hauling him to his feet.

“What are you guys doing here?” he asks, looking nervous.

At least there’s that; if he’s nervous around them, then Tomlinson should have a better chance of getting him to fall in line.

“You’re a fucking idiot,” Billy growls, “you’re lucky Cash just knocked you out.”

“Was a lucky fucking shot!” Ryan exclaims, getting all riled up again.

Billy rolls his eyes and throws him at two of his guys, “Put the fucking idiot in the truck. We’re going to have a talk about how much of an idiot he is.”

“Just make sure he can still fight tomorrow,” I say.

Billy’s eyes land on me, his smile dark as he replies, “Oh, we won’t let him miss it, don’t worry.”

I nod.

Billy doesn’t bother saying anything else and turns back to his truck; just as he gets in, another car pulls up behind him, and he leans out of the window.

“That’s Rose’s older sister.”

Trick nods, and we watch as he closes the front door. However, before he drives off, Ryan sticks his head out of the window. I smirk; I have a feeling that whatever he’s about to say is going to be more amusing than anything else.

“I’m going to fucking end you, dickhead,” Ryan shouts out of the window.

The guys all chuckle, even the ones in the car with him.

“See you tomorrow, Cupcake,” I reply, finger waving at him and then blowing him a kiss.

Everyone bursts out laughing as Ryan loses his fucking shit about fighting a gay guy.

So he’s a homophobic cunt too, I can’t say I’m surprised. Before he can say anything else, though, Billy rolls his eyes and turns the truck around, speeding away.

Rose’s sister stayed in the car, and waited while all of this was going on but as soon as they’re out of sight she gets out and walks around the front of her car. We all stand silently as Rylie helps Rose up and walks her over to her sister. She says a few things that has anger clouding the sister's face before she nods once and gets in the car with Rose.

When Rylie turns back to face us, I’m surprised to see just how much anger is on her face.

When she’s within hearing distance of us, she says, “I know I can’t tell you what to do, and usually I wouldn’t even try, but she just told me that he wouldn’t take no for an answer.” Her eyes flash with anger, “She’s fucking thirteen. Make him bleed.”
