“Fuck,” Linc growled.

He plunged forward again and started to come. Hot cum clinging to the delicate, swollen insides of Nova’s body. He listened to her moan each time his cock pulsed. He stroked her hair, kissed her breasts, kissed her chest. Thrusting harder each time, feeling the cum pouring from his body, acting as though he hadn’t sex in the last six months.

Linc gritted his teeth and nuzzled his nose against Nova’s right nipple. It suddenly felt like the last time… All those old feelings attacking at once.

Fuck, Linc wondered if he wasn’t falling in love with Nova all over again.

Chapter Twenty-One

Like Rabbits with Whiskey

And there she was. Naked in an outlaw’s bed. Sheets covering her body that smelled of his body. And his ejaculation. That undeniable smell of wet cum. Not to mention the smell of her body. Her sweet flavor that still made between her thighs damp.

She clung to a pillow, trying her best not to wonder if other women did the same thing. The deecees as everyone called them.

Nova rolled to her back and slowly sat up. She kicked at the covers to expose her leg to look at her tattoo. The rest of her body was covered when the bedroom door opened, and Linc came walking in, along with Darrow.

“What the fuck?” Nova cried out, face turning bright red.

“You’re covered up,” Linc said. “I was actually thinking you’d be dressed.”

“I can get dressed,” Nova offered.

“I can wait in the bathroom,” Darrow said.

“No need,” Linc said. He walked toward Nova and offered her a glass of whiskey. He winked at her. “You look so fucking delicious right now, darling. I never share and never will, but you’re going to be in Darrow’s mind all night.”

Nova swallowed hard.

“Don’t mean to break up the vibe here,” Darrow said. “But I figured it’s time to talk about your brother.”

Nova’s mind shifted gears. She sat up a little more. She pulled the covers up to her chin. She hid her exposed leg.

“Nick,” she whispered. “Is he…?”

“He’s still alive,” Darrow said. “As far as I can tell. Guys like your brother aren’t good at hiding. No offense. Not trying to call him…”

“He’s an idiot,” Linc said.

“Total idiot,” Nova added. “Where is he?”

“I tracked his socials and found all his closest friends. Way too easy to track people down right now. Last post visible was late last night. Your brother was in a picture with two guys. They were all holding handguns. Your brother looked rocked.”

“Rocked?” Nova asked.

“High,” Darrow said.

“Yellow bunny?” Linc asked, curling his lip.

“What’s that mean?” Nova asked.

Darrow shook his head. “I’m not speculating. I’m just giving the info as I get it. What I’m going to do next when I get a minute is figure out the house he was in. Find it on a map. Then we know his last known location.”

“Why can’t you do it right now?” Nova asked.

“Darling, there’s club business,” Linc said. “Nick isn’t…”

Linc shrugged his shoulders. Nova hated the gut punch feeling, but understood it. Her brother wasn’t a priority.
