Touching me, fucking me, praising me, it isn’t taboo. Their relationship, that’s different. That’ll take some getting used to.

I mean, I know Carter’s history. He’s been honest about being with both men and women, told me that when we started dating. I think it’s hot. Being free to love who you want to love can never be wrong.

He told me about his stepdad, too. Up until three years ago, Carter had seen men and women sneak out of their penthouse. Killian’s never let anyone sleep over. Then one day, it stopped. Just around that time, Carter stopped fucking around.

I’ve never connected the dots. I don’t think Carter has, either. We do now. The poor men were in love with each other and had been holding back. Whether it be the fear of change or what society could say, they’ve been fighting their attraction.

If Killian doesn’t kick me out, I’ll fix that. I’ll hold their hands, help them take this huge leap.

Not like I think they’ll need me. With their fingers interlacing on my body, it’s obvious the walls are starting to crack around their carefully erected walls.

“Smiling again.” Killian’s lips aren’t on my temple anymore, though, his voice is still close. He’s amused. Doesn’t think I’m weird.

I giggle; I’m so happy.

Carter tucks a strand of hair behind my ear. “Care to share, pet?”

My eyes open. I blink against the water cascading down my face. Killian towers over me, his hair wet, his gaze curious. I twist my head to the side, watching Carter’s black hair soaked on his forehead. His gray eyes lit up.

“If you want something”—Killian grips me harder—“you ask for it.”

“Anything at all,” Carter adds. Both of them tighten their hold on me. Giving me lots of sweet torture. “It’s yours.”

Another giggle escapes me. I should’ve guessed they’d complete each other’s sentences. I can’t wait to find out what else I was right about.

“Now I know you’re thinking something dirty.” Carter glides his hands higher, taking Killian’s with him.

“Say it.” Killian uses his dominating tone.

I rake my teeth along my bottom lip. “I…”

Carter pushes against my back. Killian to my front.

Their hard bodies mash my softer frame. Their controlling presence overwhelms me. I’m overtaken by their beauty.

“You…?” Killian probes.

“I want your lips.”

I’m aware that asking for anything overly intimate might be pushing it. So, same as before, I tread lightly. A kiss isn’t as huge of a deal as Lather soap on Carter’s body, or Massage muffin’s silky hair. It doesn’t take much work. It’s just a kiss.

Mouths and tongues are easier. We’ve done it already, kind of.

Not the three of us.

Carter’s hand curls around my throat, and he tilts my head up, offering me to Killian. A groan escapes me when Carter’s scruff chafes on my cheek, a sign that he’s there for me. For us.

Killian leans in, one of his hands on my cheek.

Before he presses his lips to mine, I shake my head.

“Yours and Carter’s.” I part mine, inviting them. “Together.”

“Not as filthy as I thought.” Carter applies the slightest pressure to tilt my head up. “Still love the idea.”

Butterflies assault my stomach at the mention of the word love from Carter. We haven’t said our I love yous yet, but I can sense it coming.

Can smell it.
