I lie on my stomach, and turn to Trey as he rubs his hand slowly up and down the side of my face.

“Morning, shorty," he says, then leans down to give me a kiss.

"Morning," I say, still feeling sleepy.

"Go back to sleep. I've got training, and you still look like you could do with some more sleep," Trey says while sitting on the side of the bed.

"Well, you didn't really let me sleep did you?” I turn to my side so that his hand can rub my cheek. He looks down at me with love in his eyes. "I'm not going to complain, though." I give him a smile.

He leans back down to kiss me again. "I do love making you smile," he says against my mouth.

"And I love to smile," I reply as he pulls the cover over me again. I could do with a little more rest. Catching the flight, and not sleeping on there has caught up on me.

“Shorty, get some sleep. I've got training, so I'll see you when I get back.” He stands up and walks over to the door, and I pull the covers up and over me to cover my head. "Shorty."

"Hey," I say, taking the cover off my face.

"Thank you for giving us another chance."

“You’re lucky I love you.” I grin when he does. “See you for lunch,” I say, then pull the cover back over my head A second later, I hear the flick of the light switch.

"I love you too, shorty,” Trey whispers, and I hear the door closing afterward.

All I want to do right now is sleep. I'm hoping to spend about a week here before I go back, and in that time, I plan on going to every game Trey plays here in LA, or any other state he goes to. But, before we make our relationship public again, there are things we need to sort out with his family, and I plan to do that today.

I called Trey to let him know that I was out shopping, so if he'd gotten home before me, he wouldn't worry that I left again. I felt so much better when I woke up. I really needed a good sleep to carry on this week.

As I start to get all the bags out of the taxi, I smile at Derek who’s walk over to me.

He takes a few bags from me. “You've spent a lot of money.”

"I know, and with money I don't even have at the moment. I’m so glad I gave some money to Calvin to look after for me," I say, then take a bite from my pretzel. I always knew with my parents that I'd need to use the money I gave Calvin. I should be using it to save for a deposit, but no, I'm spending it on a new bikini, clothes, and sexy lingerie.

"If you—"

"No, I don't. It's not the first time they've done this, and it won't be the last. I always find a way to get back on my feet,” I tell him. As soon as my parents smoke all the money from selling my stuff, they'll be knocking on my door again, so I don't even get excited about the thought of them leaving me alone.

"Well, not another word about it from me,” he assures me. “Trey might need more convincing." Derek stops just before we get to the door. "Thank you for coming back.” He kisses my cheek.

"Well, when would you have stopped calling me?" I laugh.

"Who knows? I don't think that Trey was going to be giving up anytime soon." Derek opens the door, and takes all my things into the sitting room where Trey’s playing a video game.

As soon as he sees me, he gets up. ”Had a fun afternoon?" He walks over to me and gives me a long, deep kiss.

"I did, how was training?" I walk around him to grab the controller, and hit play on his basketball game.

"Yeah, it was great. Coach worked us hard today."

"That's good," I say as I concentrate on the game.

I hear Trey and Derek talking to each other about some interview that they're doing next week.

"Hey, I'm playing next," Derek says, looking at me.

“Sure. I’m not that good at it anyway, so it won't be a long game," I state through a small laugh. I usually play Fifa. This game doesn't look that interesting to me right now, and I'm just pressing everything to see which button does what.
