“Bullshit!” I shout at the referee, who damn well should have called that ball in on Aurora’s serve. Cameron grumbles beside me. He’s less vocal when he’s pissed, but I know he shares the sentiment.
I’m finally watching Aurora play with Team USA, and I couldn’t be more proud. I haven’t had the chance to talk to her yet because when I got here, she was already warming up and I can’t wait to wrap my arms around my best friend for the first time in four months.
