“Marco,” she warned.

“About what?” I gave her a squeezed.

“Marco, please.”

“From the moans and sighs, I’d say it was on the sexy side.” His grin broke free.

She struggled against me. “I will kill you.”

He winked. “I don’t doubt that.”

“Do you know who starred in this dream?” I hated how badly I wanted to know.

“Now that’s where it gets interesting.” He laughed.

“Marco!” I hugged her, using both arms to keep her from lunging at him.

“You see, at first she called my name.” He looked to the distance with a cocky smile. “But then the little lady shocked me.”

“Oh yeah?” I played along with his theatrics.

“You are dead!” She wiggled against me. “Both of you!”

“Yeah, because a few seconds later, she called yours.”

Now, that surprised me. I let her go, and she flung herself at Marco, who didn’t bother defending himself as she tried to dunk him.

I just watched, taking in the vicious beauty.

She dreamed about me? About us? Together?

Huh. Marco and I had been with the same woman in the past, but never at the same time. That was something I’d only done with Cruz. Not that I objected to sharing with him.

“Ugh!” she grunted as she finally got his head under the water. “Die!”

He popped up laughing, much to her rage.

“Em,” I coaxed, but she ignored me. “Emilia!”

She snapped her head toward me. “What?”

“I’m in.”

She froze, allowing Marco to pull his arms out of her grasp. “Me too. For the record.”

She stared at me before glaring at Marco. “You are?”

“Hell, yes.” He beamed.

“Huh.” Her eyes darted back and forth.

“Works for me,” I offered as casually as I could.

Her brows shot up. “What?”

I looked at Marco. “You?”

He didn’t hesitate. “Yeah.”
