“I’ll give you what you want…”

When she’s nearly close enough to grab, Tytus drops his gun and springs forward. But I’m closer to Rozalia than he is, and before he can get anywhere near her, I pounce.

Rozalia hardly flinches.

My gun presses against her damp forehead. Tytus is forced to drop to the ground.

“Stop it.”

Her voice is so faint I hardly hear it.

But I can see her bottom lip quivering, and the water building in her beautiful green eyes.

The sight sends a pulse of guilt pounding through my chest.

I know what you’ve been through, kitten. But it’s not over yet.

Reaching out, I take her by the wrist and twist her into my body.

My gun brushes against her temple for a split second, before I turn it on Drago.

He’s the real monster here. Not Tytus. Not Rozalia. Not me.

It’s him.

Gabriel told me all about the greedy dragon.

He’s the one who’s made Rozalia’s life so hard.

“Drop the gun,” I demand.

I can feel the faintest vibrations shaking through the meat of Rozalia’s ass. It makes my cock swell, and my eye twitch.

That must make me look even more unhinged than I actually am, because Drago only hesitates for a second before complying.

When his gun dips, I push my lips into Rozalia’s ear.

“The remote is at your feet, kitten. Pick it up,” I whisper. “Turn it off… or turn it up. Whatever you want.”

I help her bend down and pick up the very device that’s been torturing her. When it’s in her grip, she immediately turns the dial down. But not all the way.

I can’t help but smile.

I knew she liked it.

“Give her back,” Tytus growls. He’s still on the ground, knees dug into the dirt. Sand seeps from his clenched fists. Fume billows from his ears.

It looks like he’s about to explode.

You’ll get your wish in a minute.

“You,” I say, suddenly remembering one last important piece of information. “Return my sister’s painting.”

Tytus’ dark eyes burn with a vicious hatred.

“… Or what?” he snarls.

“Or you’ll never see your sister again.”
