She hesitates for a moment, and my stomach sinks. Damn, I guess I didn’t realize how badly I wanted her to join me. The idea of sharing my special place with her should have warning bells sounding, but for the first time in what feels like forever, they’re muted.
“I have dance at ten-thirty…” she says, gnawing on her lip as she contemplates. I wait with bated breath for her answer.
“How far we talking?”
“An hour…two tops, depending on traffic,” I answer quickly.
“You know what, I can skip dance this week,” she says with a smile that stirs something I thought was long dead inside of me.
“Yeah?” I reply, hoping the excitement in my voice is somewhat contained.
“Sounds good to me. What time do you want to leave?”
“How’s eleven?”
“Perfect!” With a smile, she prances off to her room as I stare at her perky ass swaying in her little sleep shorts.
Now I just need to muster up the strength to keep my hands to myself for the rest of the day.
