None of this made any sense. He couldn’t stop thinking about her.

“So, you’re a bit of a rebel?” he asked.

Again, that sexy laugh. She didn’t fake her laughter. He saw the sparkle in her eye as she looked at him.

“Nah, not a rebel, I guess I’m just not like my parents.”

He pointed his fork in her direction. “There is nothing wrong with that.”

“How did you and Malcolm become friends?”

“Through college. At first I thought he was too much of a Goody Two-Shoes. Always at the front of the class. Always raising his hand to answer the questions. Then one day, we bumped into each other at a party and I realized he had no choice but to succeed.”

“Yeah, Mom and Dad kind of forced that on him. As the only son, a lot was expected of him.”

“He talked about you, though,” George said.

“He did?”

“Yeah, you know he does love you. He was crazy about being a big brother.”

Anna-Beth chuckled. “I thought he always wanted a little brother.”

“Nah, he loved that you were a girl. He said you always had the sweetest smile, even as a kid.”

He saw her go red. The truth was, she did have the sweetest smile, and even the sexiest smile. George didn’t look at her like a sister. What he felt for Anna-Beth was anything but sisterly. She was sexy, and she had this wicked smile that made him want to kiss her. Also, he wanted to see how wicked they could both be together.

Lunch was over way too soon and Anna-Beth got to her feet, taking the tray from him. The temptation to reach out, capture her chin, to stare into her beautiful blue eyes and drown himself in her beauty, was tempting.

Instead, he kept his hands in his pockets. Her gaze was on his so he didn’t need to worry too much about hiding his raging cock. He wanted to fuck her so badly. Her lips were lovely and plump, designed to be wrapped around a man’s cock. He’d love to get her on her knees, those tits out in the open, naked and ready for his mouth.

There was so much he wanted to do to her, but he pushed those thoughts to the back of his mind. He shouldn’t be thinking about them when he thought of Anna-Beth. She was still his friend’s sister.

She was out of bounds. Off limits.

He had a feeling he was going to struggle with this decision.

After dealing with the lunch dishes, Anna-Beth looked over the dinnertime recipe, and then decided to take George’s advice and head out onto the lawn. She didn’t take a yoga mat, just her cell phone, and she brought up one of the playlists she’d created.

Anna-Beth didn’t know when she had come to love heavy metal music, and it was rather strange, but she found the sounds relaxing. With the music playing loudly, she tried not to think about the fact that George was in his office working. She didn’t play the music to the point that it would be rude for him while he worked. Just loud enough for her to hear.

Getting into position, she closed her eyes and began to make circles with her nose.

She was in no way a yoga queen, but she did like to stretch and many of the stances. It also helped her forget her troubles and allow them to melt away, while she focused on what was going on in her life.

The biggest distraction was the six-foot-plus in a sexy business suit. She had a feeling it had been tailored to him, as each suit fit his frame perfectly. She also knew he worked out. Anna-Beth had cleaned his gym several times, not that she’d caught him in it, but she knew he used it. Items were always moved, so he either used it or it was haunted.

Moving out of her pose, she began to change positions, going onto her knees and taking deep breaths. She worked her body from the top down, then from the bottom up. Finally, after about half an hour, she got to her feet and changed the music to something pop, so she could dance.

All too soon, the time had slipped away, and she had no choice but to make her way back to the kitchen. Before she did, she couldn’t help but glance over to where George’s office was, and with the angle of the sun, she couldn’t see if he was there watching her.

Spinning on her heel, she made her way back into the kitchen and got to work making him dinner. This time, it was chicken parmesan, which was one of her favorite ways to eat chicken. She left the music playing and lost herself in making the food. Anna-Beth didn’t make much, as she didn’t like bombarding her fridge with too many leftovers.

With dinner nearly cooked, she made her way toward George’s office, only to find him no longer there. She stepped out and called out his name. There was no response.

Anna-Beth frowned and made her way toward the gym. She hadn’t seen him work out before, but she didn’t think he’d go upstairs to his room.
