I resist the chuckle that rises to my throat. This woman will be the death of me. “You lied, too.”
She frowns. “Me?”
“You made me believe you lost your virginity to some stranger in the back of a car during a party.”
“I was telling Cecy that story.”
“When you knew full well I was in the hallway.”
