Princess.

“I thought I told you to stop calling me that.”

Lucifer smiled,

“And once again, I told you I’d call you whatever I wish.”

He reached his hand up to grab my cheek but I stopped him once I saw his hand. His bloody and bruised hand.

“Dammit, you’re hurt,” I said as I took a step back and began looking for the first aid kit,

“Catalina I am fine.”

“Sit in the damn chair.” I pointed to the chair closest to us and continued to rummage through the kitchen,

“You’d be surprised how wrong you are.”

His hand tensed in mine,

“Explain.”

I released his left hand and grabbed his right,

“I think there’s been enough violence today wouldn’t you say.” I glanced up at him and I could tell he wanted to say more, to ask something but he kept his mouth shut as I wiped off the rest of the blood from his tattooed hands.

“Tell me about the tattoos.”

His eyes met mine,

“What would you like to know?”

I shrugged,

“Do they mean anything?”

Lucifer shook his head,
