Catalina laughed as I saw a small movement coming from the ground where Micheal lay.
Fucking bastard.
I couldn’t kill him yet, but that didn’t mean I couldn’t hurt him. I stood up and made my way to him, picking him up by his collar and punching him in the face,
“That is for putting your hands on her throat.”
Another punch.
“That was for Gabriel.”
Another punch.
“That is for putting your hands on her.”
Another punch.
“Mark my words Lucifer I will make you pay for this-”
I dropped Micheal and took his hands in mine and squeezed as I bent them backward.
The sound of Micheal’s screams and the bones in his hands being crushed was exhilarating. He deserved worse than this. He deserved endless pain and torture. He deserved to rot in the pit.
Micheal was on his knees, blood cascading down his swollen face when I felt it. The familiar feeling of dark power that I hadn’t felt in centuries and when I looked around I was surrounded by my familiar shadows. The darkest of souls straight from the lowest level. Ready to listen to my command.
Micheal’s eyes widened as he took in what was before him.
Standing in front of him is no longer his powerless, exiled younger brother, but Lucifer, The King of Hell.
“Oh, this is about to get so much more fun.”

Catalina’s POV
The familiar warmth of the fire spread all over my skin again. But it was different this time. It was more intense. As if I had walked straight into a fire pit. I looked down and Gabriel’s eyes were closed, his breathing shallow as his brother Raphael stared right at me.
What the fuck is he looking at!
Briefly Raphael’s gaze changed and he looked behind me,
Turning my head I saw Lucifer surrounded by dark shadows. I could see pained, twisted faces and eyes that held no life or light within them.
Holy Fuck!
The lock. The lock had been opened.
“Heal him now!” I yelled at Raphael.
Raphael nodded,
“Help him up.”
I lifted Gabriel as Raphael worked on healing Gabriel’s back,
