His sister shook her head. “That’s all I desire now. Have you contacted Father to let him know?”

“Yes, it’s being done as we speak. But don’t worry about that. Go get some rest and relax. We’ll be here if you need anything. I’ll wake you when we get home.”

“Home,” Maraliza said with a touch of disbelief. “Sounds perfect to me.” She followed Dante toward her quarters.

As Tinsley watched them, tears had started to form.

She was more than happy with how things played out, but no matter how happy things turned out, the princess had more than her share of work cut out for her. Nothing would be the same again, and she was wise enough to know that.

Tinsley had only been locked away with the princess for a short time and was shaken. She couldn’t imagine being there as long as Maraliza had, not knowing if anyone was coming to save her.

Tinsley shook her head at the unwanted trail of thoughts.

“Are you all right?” Dante asked, coming back from the quarters.

Tinsley forced a smile and wiped her eyes. “I’m perfect. Especially now.” She walked right over to Dante, and they embraced. He hugged her tightly, and it felt so good to Tinsley. She never wanted to let go.

Eventually she pulled away and looked up into his green eyes. “Thank you.”

He looked surprised. “For what? I should be thanking you. You found my sister and played it cool while giving me the location to find you both.”

“I wasn’t supposed to get caught, though. I mean, thank you for finding us and for risking everything to get us out.” She was trying to not tear up again.

Dante tucked a piece of her loose hair behind her ear. “Of course. I would never abandon you, Tinsley. I love you.”

Her heart almost burst with every emotion. She knew it deep down, and had known it for a while, but hearing it and feeling herself reciprocate was intensely wonderful.

“I love you, too.”

Dante leaned in and kissed her softly at first.

The tender kisses built up sensuously, saying everything they had felt in the time they had known each other. She wanted to tell him with every part of her body. Tinsley wanted to make love. To lay safely in his arms as they entwined with each other, safe, with nowhere to go and no people to rescue. All she wanted was for their mutual desire for each other to make them both whole, together.

He pulled away slowly and kissed her forehead. Then he grabbed her hand and led her to another sleeping quarter that only had a bed.

Dante shut the door behind them once they entered, and he walked her to the bed.

Tinsley automatically lay down on her side, pulling Dante with her. She didn’t want his touch to leave her. Not now, not ever.

He lay behind her and wrapped her up in his arms, pulling her close to him. She wriggled into him, remembering how well she fit against his massive body. They were each other’s puzzle pieces.

She couldn’t help but slowly press her ass into his groin. She had felt him start to stiffen when they lay down. Tinsley smiled as she felt him harden completely at her slight movements against his groin.

He whispered in her ear, causing her hair to tickle her neck. “I don’t ever want to let you go.”

Her heartbeat skipped. “Then don’t.”

Dante kissed her neck tenderly. Tinsley tilted her head into the pillow, giving him more access.

He kissed her neck, ears, cheek, and shoulder before slowly starting to undo her clothes.

She moaned softly as his lips and tongue caressed her skin. Her hips pushed harder against his cock.

Tinsley reached behind to tug at his pants, indicating that she wanted him to remove them. He got the hint.

She removed her own clothes as well and lay there, covered in goosebumps.

Tinsley felt his naked body press against her exposed skin. His heat was like a warm, sunny day. He ran his fingers down the shape of her body, lingering on her hips.
