“You’re welcome.” My thumb traced her lips. “I’ll have a driver meet you in the lobby at nine a.m. and take you to the hangar.”
“Okay.”
I inhaled a sharp breath as she lifted her hand and softly stroked my cheek.
“Go and get some sleep.” I opened the door.
“Goodnight, Miles.”
“Goodnight, Stella.”
I lay my forehead against the door, wondering what the hell I was doing.

Stella
I was exhausted when I returned to my room between partying with the girls, the alcohol I consumed, and having wild sex with Miles.
“What are you doing?” Jordyn mumbled.
“I just got in. Go back to sleep.”
I pulled back the covers of my queen bed, climbed in, and fell right to sleep.
My eyes flew open the following morning when it hit me that I didn’t take my birth control pill last night.
