“We will be walking you home.” That comes from Dacre. His face looks serious as he looks right at me.

“What do you mean? I walk myself home all the time. Seriously, Yeppoon is safe.” I argue in an attempt to reassure them.

“There is no way in hell that we are going to let someone, especially in your state, walk home alone. Shit Scarlett, you aren’t even wearing shoes.” Dacre stays firm in his argument, each of the guys backing him up with a nod.

Well fuck. He has me there doesn’t he. I wouldn’t have a single idea where I even dropped my shoes at this point. What they don’t know though is shoes are optional in Australia. It wouldn't be the first time I have walked home barefoot. The guys begin standing up around us. Nicky offers his hand to me. I take it, extracting myself from Pike’s hold.

He then turns his back to me and bends slightly. “Jump on Princess.”

He doesn’t have to ask me twice. I jump up onto his back, wrapping my arms around his shoulders and my legs around his hips. I’m sure to anyone watching, I look like some kind of sopping wet koala clinging to its tree for dear life.

“Fuck me.” A choke voice sounds behind me. I turn my head and look back at Sonny, Dacre, Dawson and Pike. Each man looking in a different direction. All apart from Sonny, who has his eyes glued to my ass.

“What? What’s wrong?” I ask.

“Ahh, Scarlett,” Dacre says, his eyes locking onto mine and not moving. “Ahh, your dress has ridden up and umm...” His cheeks start to blush.

“Fuck.” I attempt to adjust my arms but almost fall.

“Here, shit. Is it okay if I help?” Dacre offers. I nod and give him a grateful smile.

“I’m just going to pull the back of your dress to cover you, okay?” Dacre says. Again, his eyes not leaving mine. His touch is gentle. Not willing to risk touching my ass, he grabs the fabric bunched up around my legs and pulls it down. My body can’t help but react to him. A shiver runs down my body and my legs tighten around Nicky.

Fuck sake, apparently drunk Scarlett is also a horny little fucker too.

I can’t miss the heat in Dacre’s eyes, but he remains completely respectful.

“Thanks, sweet boy.” I smile. I’m not sure where the nickname comes from but it feels right and gauging his reaction, I’d say I’m on the right path. A shudder taking over his body as he steps away slowly. He gives me a small nod and a smile as I watch him trying to regain composure.

Nicky coughs to get our attention. I’m sure feeling left out of the peep show. Ha, typical guy.

“Where do you live Princess?”

“Right.” I shake my head, trying to keep my focus on getting home. I point in front of us, directing him on which way to go.

We begin the slow trek back to my house. I thought Nicky having me on his back would have slowed us down but it's almost as if he doesn’t even notice I’m back here. From the subtle feel I’m able to cop while clinging to his back, I can tell just how much he works out. Hot. As. Fuck. As we walk, we begin asking each other questions in an attempt to get to know each other. Which is probably a good idea seeing how I just offered myself up to strangers as a tour guide.

“So, you guys are obviously all eighteen?” Probably a good idea to confirm ages if I’m going to sit here lusting after them.

“Yeah, Dawson just had his birthday in November.”

“I guess that means you guys are in your senior year then?” I ask.

“Actually, we are currently in our junior year.” Dawson replies.

“Oh?” My knowledge of American school systems is fairly limited, my only real knowledge coming from movies but being eighteen and in their junior year, doesn’t sound right. “I thought you guys would be seniors.”

“Ahh yeah. Things work a little differently back home. A lot of us were kept back a year. We begin our senior year in September.” Dawson clarifies.

“Fair enough. I guess that’s fairly like me then. I should have just graduated year twelve, but Mum kept me back a year. It took a long time to recover after the accident.”

“The accident?” Sonny asks.

Fuck. Shit. Fuck.

Drunk Scarlett also has no filter. Great.

“Ahh yeah,” I chuckle, “long story short, I was involved in an accident when I was eight. My brother and Dad both died. I ended up in a coma for a couple of months. Mum was at home thank God. I lost all of my memories too. Took me a long time to accept that my Mum was actually my Mum.”
