Damon pulled him over and kissed him, then pushed him back to me and I did the same. “It’s time we get all the rules laid out and things, Burke. We need to start this boy’s submission.”

We all went into the house and spent an hour on the sofa together, making lists of limits, of expectations and rules for Joel. He was animated, talking about each thing, and as the list went on, he found more things he would want in his hard limits column.
