“I’m ready, sweets. Where are the kids?” I ask her, looking around for our babies.

“They’re already in their car seats and we’re all waiting on you, baby,” she answers, a soft smile on her face.

Standing up after tying my boots, I pull her into my arms and kiss her. Our kiss is deep and I show her how much I truly love her as our tongues tangle and I hold the sides of her face in my hands. Her skin is always so fucking soft and I can’t ever touch her enough. Two fucking years later and I still want her as much as I did the day I met her. Tara is the other half of my soul and I almost pushed her away and lost her for good.

“I love you, sweets,” I tell her when I finally pulls back

“I love you too, baby,” she responds, a smile lighting up her face.

We head out and I find our twins in their car seats facing one another. Kane always has to have his sister in his sight or he’s miserable as fuck. It didn’t take us long to figure that shit out. Our dad told us we were the same way as babies. I had to always have my brothers in my sight along with Chance. Shawn was just kind of okay with whatever, but he always got fussy if he was too far from us. I’m happy to see my boy is already taking after me and hope that never changes.

I grab both car seats and talk to the babies as we make our way down to the porch. We meet Ricochet and Paige there with Ruby in her daddy’s arms. She squeals in delight when she sees the twins and we all laugh at her. Ruby is definitely a mama bear when it comes to the twins. She is constantly sitting with them and lets us know when one of them are unhappy if we don’t move fast enough for her. She also loves spending time with Reid, Harmony, and Sebastian. They’re together as often as possible and we spend most of our time in the basement so the kids can hang out and spend time together.

We all load up in our trucks and make sure our children are secure as Kevlar and Lyric suddenly come out of the house and head for their truck. I can tell by my brother’s unhappy face that the boys were more than likely acting up again. Reid and Bash are just like us when we were their age. They’re full of energy and rambunctious little shits. We laugh at him because he always thought his kids would be perfect angels. He’s definitely finding out that’s not the case. Harmony is an angel, but the boys are already hellions and I can’t wait to see what kinds of trouble they get into as they get older. Kevlar definitely has his hands full. However, I don’t see Kane letting them have all the fun. I’m sure he’ll be just as bad as they are.

Once Kevlar and Lyric have the kids in the truck and get in themselves, we make our way to the church just outside of Cedar Bay. The parking lot is already full of bikes as we pull in and park toward the front close to the road. Our mom and dad are waiting on the steps of the church as we all get out and get the kids out with us. I didn’t realize until the twins were born just how hard it was to go anywhere with babies. They need a ton of shit and Tara carries around two diaper bags just to make sure we have everything they could need when we’re away from the house or compound.

“Papa!” Reid yells in his little voice as he sees our dad.

Dad smiles big and makes his way down the stairs to come get Reid from my brother. “You’re runnin’ late.”

“Yeah. The boys decided they needed to have a second breakfast and dumped cereal all over the floor of the kitchen. Then one of them poured milk all over. Thankfully Lyric bought two of the exact same outfit for them because they needed a quick bath before we could get them dressed again,” Kevlar says as Lyric laughs while she’s inside the truck getting Harmony out of her seat.

“Your mom and I have been there with all four of you. Were you still hungry, little man?” our dad questions Reid as he nods his head in response. Kevlar walks back to the truck to get Bash out as I carry both car seats in my hands while Tara grabs the diaper bags she already put in the truck.

I can still hear my brother grumbling under his breath. Ricochet and I laugh at him as we all make our way inside the church. The six of us only stop long enough to take the twins out of their car seats and hold them in our arms. My brothers and I follow our wives to the front of the church and take our spots as the minister starts the ceremony or whatever you want to call it. No, I didn’t pay attention to a single detail when the girls were talking about this shit. All I know is this is something they wanted to do so I’m up here zoning out as the minister talks.

By the time the ceremony is over with, I have no clue what happened. All I was doing was thinking of my woman, our kids, and everything surrounding the club. I spoke when my wife nudged me, but still didn’t stop thinking of my life as it is now. For the first time in my life I’m truly happy and filled with a sense of peace. Tara and the twins are the reasons for that. They’re the reason I get up every fucking morning, go to work, and come home every night. The rest of my life will be filled with laughter, love, and happiness as long as my family’s at my side. I couldn’t ask for anything more.

The end of our ride!!
